★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salah satu tempat laundry yg bisa self service, tapi kalo mau di cuciin juga bisa, bisa gosok juga.. karyawan nya ramahhh, goooddd (y) bakal sering2 laundy di sini sihh
one of the laundry places that can be self-service, but if you want to wash it you can, you can scrub too ... the employees are friendly, goooddd (y) will often laugh here anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan teknis dari proses laundry. Kronologis terjadi ketika celana hasil laundry sobek, saya tanya ke pihak owner katanya sobek di mesin dryer. Tidak ada permintaan maaf atau niat baik untuk mengganti/menjahit.
Owner is not responsible for technical errors of the laundry process. Chronology happened when the laundry pants were torn, I asked the owner he said they were torn in the dryer. No apologies or goodwill to replace / sew.

Celana disobekin tapi infonya itu adalah kesalahan mesin dryer. Sudah 2x kejadian seperti ini. Tidak ada kata maaf / perilaku baik ataupun rasa tanggung jawab dari KM3. Will never go back to this place again. Lebih baik ke tempat laundry yg lebih jauh daripada balik keseni. Terima kasih udah ngerusak baju & celana saya.
Bad attitude & bad services !!!
The pants were torn but the info was the blower of the dryer. There have been 2x incidents like this. There is no word of forgiveness / good behavior or a sense of responsibility from KM3. Will never go back to this place again. Better to go to the laundry which is further away than back to the arts. Thank you for destroying my shirt & pants.
