★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter tidak ontime. Sudah 2 kali datang ke klinik dokter masih belum datang.
Beberapa kali mau periksa, bidan bilang, periksa sama saya aja bu. Duh.. Bidan tidak ada wewenang utk menegakkan diagnosa untuk penyakit umum diluar hal kebidanan.
Tidak recommended. Mending cari klinik lain yang dokter nya stand bye.
 Doctors are not ontime. Have come to the clinic twice, the doctor still hasn't arrived.
A few times want to check, the midwife said, just check with me ma'am. Duh ... Midwives do not have the authority to make diagnoses for general illnesses other than obstetrics.
Not recommended. It's better to look for other clinics whose doctors stand bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan yg menggunakan BPJS agak kurang bagus dan seperti dibedakan dengan yg berbayar,padahal BPJS juga bayar kelas 1,mohon utk dibenahi kembali. Terima kasih
For services using BPJS are somewhat less good and as distinguished from paid ones, even though BPJS also pays class 1, please fix it again. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di klinik ini terlihat bidannya masih belum banyak pengalamannya. Saya kontraksi dan susah BAB di saranin ke IGD RS. sudah ke IGD disarankan rawat jalan dan kembali lagi lusa dan minta surat rujukan dari klinik ke rs untuk tindakan lebih lanjut tetapi tidak diberikan surat rujukan alasannya harus ada diagnosa. Akhirnya ke Rs dan pihak rs menjelaskan jika masuk IGD memang tidak mengeluarkan surat diagnosa tetapi konsultasi lanjutan ke dokter spesialis. Alasan klinik dapat menghandle sendiri. Akhirjya saya pakai uang pribadi ke Rs. Saya mau pindah faskes bpjs sudah tlp call center Bpjs tetapi infobya tidak bisa harus menunggu 3 bulan. sedangkan saya baru pindah dr jkt ke bekasi. Sedangkan usia kandungan udah 6 bulan.pilih faskes ini krn dekat rumah.Mohon bidan yg sudah berpengalaman yg mengatasi masalah kehamilan dan persalinan
In this clinic, it seems that the midwife has not much experience. I had contractions and it was difficult to defecate when I was advised to go to the ER at the hospital. already to the ER it is recommended to be outpatient and return again the day after tomorrow and ask for a referral letter from the clinic to the hospital for further action but a referral letter is not given because there must be a diagnosis Finally to the Rs and the RS party explained that if you entered the IGD, you did not issue a diagnosis letter but continued consultation with a specialist doctor. The clinic reason can handle itself. Finally I used my personal money to Rs. I want to move to a BPJs health facility, I already have a Bpjs call center, but the info can't have to wait 3 months. while I just moved from jkt to bekasi. While the pregnancy is already 6 months. Choose this facility because it is close to the house. Please midwives who are experienced in dealing with problems of pregnancy and childbirth
