★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali ke klinik ini, Alhamdulillah pelayanan admin pendaftaran dan bidan neneng yg sangat ramah, semoga berkah & maju trs klinik nya.
 This is the first time I've been to this clinic, Alhamdulillah, the registration admin service and the very friendly midwife, may God bless you & advance to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku puas dg bidanya..ramah,kasi edukasi,solusi dan penjelasanya jg mudah dimngerti..Tp kalau sm dokter umumnya yg cewe engga banget deh...sma skali g memberi solusi..berobat cm dksh resep buat 2 hari doang..cuek bebek lagi orangny.
I'm satisfied with the midwife..friendly, provides education, solutions and explanations are also easy to understand..But if it's a female doctor in general, it's not very good...sma never give a solution..medicine, just a prescription for 2 days..ignorant duck again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter nya ramah bidan nya juga ramah yg disayangkan itu perawat yg di tempat pendaftaran nya pada jutek jutek bngt gaada ramah2 nya sma pasien,yg namanya nolong orang mh aturan dari hati ikhlas nolongin jangan jutek kecewa sih pdhl dah cocok sma dokter & bidan nya!
The doctor is friendly, the midwife is also friendly. It's a shame that the nurse at the registration desk is very friendly with patients, whose name is helping people, the rules are from a sincere heart. Please don't be rude, I'm disappointed, even though it's compatible with the doctor and the midwife!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Segede ini masa pembayaran gak ada struknya sama sekali , tolong administrasinya min kadang harganya berubah2
Percuma di meja pendaftaran ada komputer dll
This Segede Clinic has no receipt at all for the payment period, please administer it, min, sometimes the price changes
It's useless at the registration desk there is a computer etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poli kia pelayanan sangat baik , poli gigi bpjs sangat baik , tp pelayanan ke poli umum sangat tidak baik, ada salah satu dokter perempuan yg judes bgt pas masuk hanya ditanya keluhan apa dan langsung dituliskan resep tanpa ada pemeriksaan,, padahal bidan dan dokter gigi aja mau periksa kondisi pasien
So bidan dan dokter gigi nya ramah bgt ya guys, tp tidak dgn dokter umum.
The service at the clinic is very good, the dental clinic bpjs is very good, but the service to the general poly is not very good, there is one female doctor who is very rude when she comes in, she is only asked what kind of complaint she has and immediately wrote a prescription without any examination, even though it was only a midwife and a dentist want to check the patient's condition
So the midwives and dentists are really friendly, guys, but not with general practitioners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bidan ramah pelayan juga sudah membaik..tapi sayang saat periksa k dokter Talanti tidak ramah,kurang koperatif langsung kasih resep tanpa memberikan penjelasan yg memuaskan, mohon di perbaiki jika melayani orang sakit kami bayar tidak gratis....
The friendly midwife and waitress have also improved.. but unfortunately when I checked with the doctor Talanti was not friendly, less cooperative, immediately gave a prescription without giving a satisfactory explanation, please fix it if we serve sick people we pay not for free....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya kayak petugas apotik langsung tulis resep tanpa ditanya detail keluhan pasien..parah ....Obat yg diberikan hanya untuk 2 hari saja..kalo sembuh kalo blm sembuh ya berobat lagi..komersil bgt
The doctor is like a dispensary officer who immediately writes a prescription without being asked for the details of the patient's complaint.. it's severe .... The medicine given is only for 2 days.. if it heals, if it hasn't healed, then go for treatment again.. very commercial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat di dokter umum tp ga di cek secara langsung cuma duduk berjarak 1 meter dan hanya di tanya2. Kalau memang di karenakan covid, kan bisa dg prokes ketat misal pemakaian APD dll.
Bidan dan dokter kandungan yg ada disitu aja mau ko meriksa secara langsung. Kenapa dokter umum seperti itu??? Percuma berobat kalo di periksa kaya gitu!
Get treatment at a general practitioner but not checked directly, just sitting 1 meter away and only being asked questions. If it's because of covid, it can be done with strict procedures, such as using PPE, etc.
The midwives and obstetricians who were there just wanted me to check directly. Why are general practitioners like that??? It's useless if it's checked like that!
