Pertama kali periksa hamil hanya di timbang, dan tanya sdh test pack oleh bidan?. tidak ditanya keluhan, Tidak periksa perut. Tapi di buku kia ada catatan hasil tensi? itu pemeriksaan fiktif donk Namanya. Pdhl dokter umum,dokter gigi nya oke bersahabat sm pasien. Resepsionist juga oke Tp pas nerima asam folat & kalsium kok hanya 15hr? Smntr resep utk 30hr. Gak diinfo kontrol selanjutnya pula

Klinik Yadika buka 24 jam, juga menerima pasien Umum, Asuransi, BPJS dengan pelayanan yang cukup baik menurut saya. Tersedia UGD, ada juga dokter gigi yang ramah siap mengobati gigi anda yang sakit. Area parkir luas dijaga oleh Security
Yadika Clinic is open 24 hours, also accepts general patients, insurance, BPJS with pretty good service in my opinion. There is an emergency room, there are also friendly dentists ready to treat your sore teeth. Large parking area guarded by Security

baru tambal gigi, saran dari dokternya tunggu 3jam, udah saya tunggu sampai 8jam lebih malah, pas makan tambelannya copot. gak mau lagi kesini, mana mahal banget

Miris banget pelayananan nya lebih mendahului pasien bayar ( padahal baru dateng ) dibanding pasien BPJS yang udah nunggu lama , dia baru dateng tapi cepat dipanggil . Padahal BPJS SAYA BAYAR BUKAN GRATIS !!!!!
It's really sad that the service precedes paying patients (even though they have just arrived) than BPJS patients who have waited a long time, he just arrived but was quickly called. Though BPJS I PAY NOT FREE !!!!!

Biasanya perjanjang rujukan cepat gak pakai antri karna gak konsul ke poli, sekarang disuruh antri sesuai dengan nomer antrian. Bukannya gak mau antri, tapi dalam kondisi covid sedang tinggi dan menunggu lama diantara orang yg sakit, jadi sedikit khawatir dan tidak efisien dan jadi banyak orang berkumpul dalam satu ruangan, pdhl cuma minta selembar ttd dokternya. Komplain ke susternya malah agak nyolot, pdhl saya cuma minta tolong diinfokan ke dokter masa untuk perpanjang selembar rujukan saja harus ikut antrian, terutama dalam kondisi Covid yg sedang naik ini. Sedangkan untuk RS rujukan yg lebih besar saja, kalau hanya perpanjang rujukan di poli malah didahulukan supaya tidak banyak antrian. Tolong aturannya di sesuaikan, saya pasien lama dan baru kali ini saya kecewa, bukan karna waktunya saja tapi juga pelayanan susternya yg agak nyolot.

It's not that I don't want to queue, but when Covid is high and waiting a long time among sick people, I'm a little worried and inefficient and so many people gather in one room, even though they only ask for a sheet of the doctor's signature. Complaining to the nurse was a bit stubborn, even though I only asked for help to be informed to the doctor when to extend a referral sheet, I had to join the queue, especially in this rising Covid situation. As for the referral hospital which is bigger, if you only extend the referral at the poly, it will take precedence so there won't be a lot of queues. Please adjust the rules, I'm an old patient and this is the first time I'm disappointed, not only because of the time but also the service of the nurse who is a bit stubborn.

Decent health care service for emergency situation as it is not far from home. It has good doctors and good service. It's just not clean. It requires refurbishment of the facility.

This place is accepted BPJS. The place is quite cozy for being a "Faskes tingkat 1". There is a laboratorium, dentist, doctor here. Better option for BPJS user than puskesmas where mostly doesnt have lab inside.
