Dari apoteker dan dokter gak jelas,apoteker ditanya jawabnya jutek,dokter nya pun meriksa nya asal cuma diliatin doang gak mau megang pasien. Obat yg diberikan untuk anak saya pun dosisnya terlalu tinggi untuk anak 3bln,yg harusnya tidak boleh,tapi tetap diberikan.kecewa dengan pelayanan nya.NO REKOMENDED

Kalau sakit jangan kesini, kesehatan itu penting dan jangan nahan uang untuk biaya medis. Mending langsung ke rumah sakit yang lebih bagus, dokter spesialis atau pakai BPJS. Dokternya kgk jelas, kurang tahu informasi, dan kalau sakit gak buat rencana berobat untuk jangka panjang, paling gak cuman dikasih obat dan informasi harus dicari sendiri. Isinya dokter buang-buangan dan gak peduli sama pasien.

Pelayanan dokter nya tidak bagus tidak ramah sangat buruk, cek nya cuma diliat liat saja, sangat kecewa minta surat istirahat 2hari dibuat 1hari dia bilang 1hari jg sembuh, ternyata sama saja tidak ada perkembangan baik , akhirnya saya berobat lagi ke lain tempat

pelayanannya sangat kurang.dari pelayanannya di depan untuk daftar periksa sampai dokternya juga sangat tidak komunikatif.seperti hanya formalitas. pelayanan disini hampir semua datar.tidak ada senyum ramah,semoga kedepanya ini menjadi perhatian pihak terkait.karena pelayanan buat kesehatan itu penting.berawal dari senyum ramah maka bisa membantu pengobatan

Kenal klinik ini sejak 2011. Pelayanannya oke bangat dan tidak pernah mengecewakan. Beberapa hari lalu balik lagi ke sini, pelayanan pun masih sama. Oke, baik dan memuaskan. Recomendedlah... Letaknya juga di jalan umum, jadi mudah dijangkau gojek, angkutan umum dan lainnya..

Service nya buruk, pas kesana gak antri, dan speaker gak jelas, tau tau disuruh masuk tempat priksa, cuma ditanya keluhan, terus rebahan ini aja dokternya judes banget, aku dikatain ribet banget mau priksa pake jaket kaya mau naik gunung (lah aku priksa pagi pagi, naik motor jadi dingin lah), terus gak sabar aku buka jaket, dia bentak sambil narik jaket aku keatas terus bilang gini aja repot, sumpah gak sopan, terus cek suhu sama mulut, pas udah dia cuma nulis nulis diem (ini belom ditensi, padahal itu penting apalagi aku kerasa lemes dan pusing kalu jalan atau berdiri, sampe akhirnya aku nanya, dok ini gak ditensi? Dan dia dengan kasarnya bilahg "lah gimana mai tensi, orang periksa aja gak siap siap, malah pake baju lapis lapos" Aku kezel dan mau jawab tpi udah lemes bnget sambil buja jaket, terus dia masang tensi sambil ngomel lagi "harusnya tuh mau priksa udah prepare didepan" Aku taju aku salah, tapi kan posisinya gak ngantri dan tiba tiba dipanggil, astagaaa terus dia manggil lagi dsn ngomel katanya udah dipakein speaker lah orang kagak kecengeran, serius gak mau kesini lagi, kita tuh pasien bukan musuh, kalau ibarat dagang kita cust, belum lagi bagian pendaftaran sekaligus kasir, bayar obat udah kek di warung, gak dijelasin apa apa, cuma diminum brp kali doang, untubg ada gugel, Udagitu judes cuma bilang ini 100 rebu, seriuss kalau aku gak sakit ku ngomel ngomel dah disitu.
