ini ya, satu2nya klinik yang paling buruk menurut aku, dari segi pelayanan (front office, apoteker, sampai dokternya) jelek bgt, cuma 3 orang yang mau periksa nunggunya lama bgt, front ofice nya gak profesional bgt apa lagi mbak yang aku foto pake kerudung cokelat ini ah ngelayaninya males2an main hp mulu, pake sok pada sibuk, cuma pas daftar aja nunggunya setengah jam lebih (indat ya padahal gak rame sama sekali) habis tu dokternya keluyuran gak dipanggilin disini seolah2 dokter kek didewakan gitu, aku periksa jam 11an siang lupa nama dokternya, kan namanya klinik kesehatan kudunya cekatan ya kan nanganin orang sakit, ternyata emang terkenal jelek pelayanannya, mending yang mau periksa sini pikir2 deh kalo gak mau nyesel nunggu2 gak jelas, karyawannya seolah2 sibuk padahal plonga plono sok sibuk, aku pernah kerja front office tuh dituntut profesional bgt karena citra perusahaan emang dilihat dr front office yg pertama, ini ya kalau managenen nya gak bebenah bakalan koleb, soalnya kliniknya kotor bgt, sampah berserakan dilantai ruang tunggu (maaf lupa foto) terus bangunannya juga cuma kek rumah biasa, secara keseluruhan buruk bgt dah disini
Yes, this is the worst clinic in my opinion, in terms of service (front office, pharmacist, to the doctor) it is really bad, only 3 people want to check, it has been a long wait, the front office is not professional, what else is the one I photographed wearing a veil This chocolate, ah, I am lazy to play my cellphone, use pretentiously when I am busy, just when I register I wait for more than half an hour (indat, even though it's not crowded at all) after that the doctor wandered around here as if the doctor was deified, I checked at 11 noon forgot The name of the doctor, the name of the health clinic, have to be adept at handling sick people, it turns out that the service is notoriously bad, it's better if those who want to check here think about it if you don't want to regret the wait is unclear, the employees seem busy even though I'm really busy, I've worked at the front office This is demanded to be very professional because the image of the company was seen from the first front office, this is if the management doesn't clean up it will be annoying, you see the iknya very dirty, garbage scattered on the floor of the waiting room (sorry forgot the photo) then the building is also just an ordinary house, overall it's really bad here

Tahun kemarin kakak melahirkan disini, tapi perawat kurang bisa membaca situasi & kurang aktif memberi informasi ke dokter. Kakak masuk untuk persalinan masuk siang dalam kondisi flu, yang harusnya langsung dirujuk ke rs, akhirnya magrib baru dirujuk ke rs
Last year my sister gave birth here, but the nurse was unable to read the situation & was less active in giving information to the doctor. Brother came in for labor into the afternoon in the flu conditions, which should be directly referred to the RS, finally the new sunset was referred to RS

Tahun 2017 bulan Februari aku melahirkan Anak pertamaku di Klinik Widuri Alhamdulillah dengan lancar, normal, semua sehat dan selamat... Bidannya ramah2 banget & sabar... Dan kemarin tanggal 30 Desember 2021 aku melahirkan anak ke 2 ku di Klinik ini juga... Alhamdulillah gak pernah kecewa dengan pelayanannya yg selalu memuaskan... walaupun Bidan yg menangani berbeda tp pelayanannya tetap sama... Ramah & sabar banget,, Matur Nuwun Klinik Widuri,,semoga selalu dipertahankan pelayanan terbaiknya... Lope lope Klinik Widuri ??
In 2017 in February I gave birth to my first child at the Widuri Clinic. Alhamdulillah smoothly, normally, all are healthy and safe... The midwives are very friendly & patient... And yesterday on December 30, 2021 I gave birth to my 2nd child at this clinic too.. Thank God I have never been disappointed with the service which is always satisfying... even though the Midwife who handles it is different but the service is still the same... Very friendly & patient,, Thank you, the Widuri Clinic,, hopefully the best service will always be maintained... Lope lope Widuri Clinic ?

maaf saya sangat kecewa dg pelayanan dr. nayla. saya jelaskan keluhan saya bahwa saya masih merasa pegal setelah melahirkan 6 bulan lalu dan saya bertanya "kira2 knp ya dok" lalu dijawab dg ketus "kurang gerak mungkin", saya membalas "padahal saya kerja senin-jumat dan momong anak sabtu-minggu" lalu dg gampangnya dia bilang "ya kan momong cuma gerak gitu aja". tanpa ada pertanyaan seperti "sakit bagian mana" atau "kegiatannya apa saja di rumah", terkesan seperti nge-judge tanpa tau kondisi saya di rumah dan tidak ada ramahnya sama sekali. tidak seperti dokter. hanya seperti orang yg ditaruh di ruangan dokter sebagai formalitas. saya gatau dr. nayla sudah punya anak atau belum. mungkin buat dokter kerja dan momong itu mudah. tapi buat saya masih sulit. terlebih karena kondisi badan saya yang pegal2. makanya saya mendatangi anda untuk meminta bantuan. saya minta disembuhkan sehingga saya tidak ngerasa pegel2 lagi kalau momong anak. kadang saya pun sulit bangkit dr posisi duduk/ tidur/ jongkok, apalagi sambil gendong anak. saya juga gak bermaksud minta dikasihani. tapi kok ya respon anda seperti itu? saya nasehati anda juga bebal. saya gak minta permohonan maaf anda. hanya mau attitude anda dirubah jadi lebih baik sesuai profesi anda. last and least, terima kasih klinik widuri. ini terakhir kali saya berobat ke klinik widuri karena saya mau berpindah faskes.
sorry I am very disappointed with the service of dr. nayla. I explained my complaint that I still feel sore after giving birth 6 months ago and I asked "what's the matter, doc" and then answered with a curt "not moving maybe", I replied "even though I work Monday-Friday and have children last Saturday-Sunday" he easily said "yes momong just move like that". without any questions such as "which part of the pain" or "what are the activities at home", it seems like judging without knowing my condition at home and not being friendly at all. not like a doctor. just like people who are put in the doctor's office as a formality. i dunno dr. Nayla already has children or not. maybe it's easy for doctors to work and have a baby. but it's still hard for me. especially because of my achy body condition. That's why I came to you for help. I want to be healed so that I don't feel sore anymore when I have a child. sometimes I find it difficult to get up from a sitting/sleeping/squatting position, especially while carrying a child. I also don't mean to beg for mercy. but why did you respond like that? I notice you are stupid too. I don't ask for your apology. just want your attitude changed to be better according to your profession. last and least, thank you clinic widuri. this is the last time I go to the widuri clinic because I want to change health facilities.

Btuk berhari-2 smpai muntah, smg lekas sembuh dan smg pasien lain juga smga lekas smbuh sbagai orang tua selalu putra putrini diperhatikan kesehatanya

Sumpah kecewa banget sama klinik widuri, semalem suami saya jatuh dari motor dan ternyata kliniknya tutup pintu semua sampai gerbangnya, ketemu penjaga malah diusir suruh ke IGD parah sih ini parah banget, sempet masuk dan ngetok pintu tapi nga ada yg bangun pas keluar dari gerbang baru 1 langkah terus dikunci.. Parah banget sumpah
I swear I was very disappointed with the widuri clinic, last night my husband fell off the motorbike and it turned out that the clinic closed all the doors to the gate, met the guard and was sent to the emergency room. 1 step continues to be locked.. It's so bad I swear

Jujur ini kali pertama antar bapak periksa, sblmny saytla konfirmasi via telpun dl karena masa pandemi. Rame tidaknya, jumlah dokter jaga dan jumlah antrean sementara ... Baru saja menuju lokasi. Over all oke, antree itu hal wajar. Dokter lumayan ramah, cek darah, tunggu lab 30 menit keluar, antree obat .. oke
Honestly, this is the first time I've checked with you, before I confirmed it via telephone because of the pandemic period. Crowded or not, the number of doctors on duty and the number of temporary queues... Just got to the location. Over all okay, queue is a natural thing. The doctor is quite friendly, check blood, wait 30 minutes for the lab to come out, line up for medicine... okay
