Pas datang pas ada yang lahiran.setidaknya ada yang jaga 1 orang depan meja. At least menyambut tamu. Aneh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya sih enak priksa disini, tpi hari ini priksa dibuat lama bgt. Bagian pendaftaran sampai farmasi kosong krn ada yg bersalin dan semua staff ikut ngurus persalinan. Ya kali semua ikutan sampe2 pasien yang dateng disuruh nunggu lama.
Efisiensi kinerja karyawannya buruk.
Dokternya cewek, masih muda dan jutek. So bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, dokter ramah. Namun sayangnya beberapa petugas dibagian kasir/farmasi sedikit julid kepada pasien, semoga bisa menjadi bahan evaluasi demi kenyamanan pasien. Sebaiknya kalau mau julidin pasien setelah pasien itu pergi, jangan pas masih ada pasien. Semoga kedepannya Klinik An Nuur bisa lebih menerapkan senyum, sapa, salam, sopan dan santun kepada petugas medis-nonmedisnya terhadap semua pasien.
Good service, friendly doctor. But unfortunately some of the officers at the cashier/pharmacy department are a little tight on the patient, hopefully they can be evaluated for the convenience of the patient. It's better if you want to bind a patient after the patient leaves, not when there are still patients. Hopefully in the future An Nuur Clinic can apply more smiles, greetings, greetings, courtesy and courtesy to its medical-non-medical staff towards all patients.
