★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kami mohon kepada pihak administrasi klinik, jika melayani pasien yg berobat ke klinik lebih sopan dan ramah. km kecewa dng pegawai admin, seorang bpk2 gemuk, yg jaga di depan komputer citra medika, sikapnya kurang sopan, kurang ramah, menjelaskan hal yg pasien kurang tahu, dengan suara keras seperti orng marah. jika ini berlanjut, pasien akan kecewa.

Antar internal pegawai standar pelayanan berbeda
Yg admin wa sudah jawab bisa tp bapak2 yg di pendaftaran blg gak bs dan marah2 bentak2
Pasien mana tau internal mereka seperti apa. Tapi main menyalahkan pasien padahl sudah ada bukti chat di whatsapp dan saat pasien berobat dokter nya juga bilang spt itu
Seharusnya dikasih tau prosesnya spt apa. Giliran sdh datang mlah dimarahin,bener2 pelayanan yg sangat amat buruk
Seumur2 berobat di rumah sakit besar baik itu swasta atau negri
Bahkan berobat ke dokter umum pun pelayanan gk pwrnah se buruk ini
