★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pasien perawatan kecantikan dan anak-anak saya juga menjadi pasien perawatan poli gigi, terutama anak saya yang paling kecil jadi pasien rutin karena kontrol behel.
Untuk perawatan kecantikan dan perawatan giginya so far memuaskan, walaupun mungkin memang lumayan antre kalau weekend. Saya puas dengan perawatan estetikanya dan anak-anak saya pun sudah cocok dengan dokter giginya.
Sayang sekali admin wa nya kurang ramah dan kurang informatif padahal saya sudah pasien lama. Saat saya chat untuk menanyakan promo yang dikirimkan hanya promo kecantikannya saja, untuk promo perawatan giginya harus ditanya dulu. Setelah ditanya cuma dikirimkan foto promo poli gigi yang GAK JELAS dan GAK KEBACA karena difotokan pake hape saja dan terkena pantulan cahaya kesannya MAGER bgt (gak di cek yang penting ngirim aja dulu). Admin cukup slow respon, sampai saya cari tau sendiri untuk promo poli giginya dan dapat gambar jelasnya dari anak saya yang ternyata save nomer asisten dokternya karna sering kontrol. Setelah akhirnya saya dapet info sendiri, wa klinik baru ngirim fotonya tanpa ada kata-kata apapun, setau saya si dimana-mana admin itu diajari penggunaan kata pembuka & kata-kata informatif yang ramah ya, cuma disini aja kayanya yang beda ??
Padahal harusnya bisa menjadi bintang 5, baik untuk perawatan kecantikan dan giginya, untuk adminnya yang kurang ramah dan gak informatif bikin mood jelek. Semoga bisa diperbaiki kedepannya jangan terlalu menunjukan kemageran dan kemalasan lah dan belajar ramah si baiknya jangan asal forward aja, karena bagaimana pun perawatan dan dokternya kalau adminnya malas, bisa bikin pasien jadi ragu untuk kembali.  I am a beauty treatment patient and my children are also dental clinic patients, especially my youngest child is a regular patient because of the stirrup control.
So far, the beauty treatments and dental care have been satisfactory, although it may be quite a line on weekends. I am satisfied with the aesthetic treatment and my children are already compatible with the dentist.
Too bad the admin wa is less friendly and less informative even though I've been a long patient. When I chatted to ask about the promo that was sent only for the beauty promo, for the dental care promo, I had to ask first. After being asked, only sent a promo photo of a dental clinic that is NOT CLEAR and can't be read because it was only photographed using a cellphone and exposed to light reflections, it looks really MAGER (not checked, the important thing is to send it first). The admin was quite slow in responding, until I found out myself for the dental poly promo and got a clear picture from my son who turned out to save the doctor's assistant number because he often checked. After finally I got the info myself, the new clinic sent the photo without any words, as far as I know, the admin everywhere is being taught how to use friendly greetings & informative words, only here it's different
Even though it should be 5 stars, both for beauty and dental care, for the admin who is not friendly and not informative, it makes a bad mood. Hopefully it can be improved in the future, don't show too much slack and laziness and learn to be friendly, don't just go ahead, because after all the treatment and the doctor if the admin is lazy, it can make the patient hesitate to come back. Thank you
NB: It happened in October, & my job is also in the service sector, so I'm really itchy to see the admin model like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman bgt sama klinik ini, beberapa kali perawatan dan tindakan kecantikan disini. Nyesel baru tau ada klinik deket rumah yg bagus untuk perawatan dan harga jg terjangkau dengan beragam tindakan kecantikan. Dokter dan susternya ramah2 dan tdk komersil selalu memberikan opsi yg tdk memberatkan pasien ?
Very comfortable with this clinic, several times for beauty treatments and procedures here. I just regret knowing that there is a clinic near my house that is good for treatment and the price is also affordable with a variety of beauty procedures. The doctors and nurses are friendly and non-commercial, always providing options that don't burden the patient

Recommendations for those who have small children there is a children's play area n waiting room for comfortable husbands, free coffee and tea too... above is complete there is a prayer room etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali nyobain scaling pas promo, blm pernah scaling sebelumnya karna ke drg lumayan mahal selama ini, kaget juga pas lihat promonya udah termasuk atas bawah cuma segitu.. akhirnya coba dan konsul, ternyata banyak ketidak tauannya soal perawatan gigi selama ini hehehe. Dokternya waktu itu drg. Cinthya dan ngejelasin detail termasuk baagian mana aja yang banyak karangnya dan kenapa, kata dokternya harus rutin 6 bulan sekali. Semoga selalu promo yah scalingnya makasih dokter ?
The first time I tried scaling was during a promo, I've never had any scaling before because going to a doctor is quite expensive so far, I was surprised when I saw that the promo was all up and down... finally I tried it and went to the consul, it turns out that I don't know a lot about dental care so far hehehe. The doctor at that time, drg. Cinthya and explained in detail including which parts had a lot of coral and why, the doctor said that it had to be done every 6 months. Hopefully the scaling will always be promo, thank you doctor

Setelah perawatan sempet konsul soal behel sama dokternya, detail bgt jelasinnya mulai dari pasang, kontrol dan after treatmentnya gimana, dokternya juga gak pelit info dan ramah bgt, perawatannya juga nyantai gak buru-buru, hasilnya juga baguss suka dehh ??
