Secara keseluruhan pelayanan sudah baik, Tp ad yg berubah tempatnya. Dulu saat anak sy sakit selalu gampang diajak periksa karena ad tempat bermain anak dan anak merasa nyaman. Tp sekarang kog gk ada ya..?? Andai ada ruang tunggu khusus anak yg sakit dan ad permainanya. Makasih
Overall the service is good, But the ad has changed its place. In the past, when my child was sick, it was always easy to take a check because there was a place to play the child and the child felt comfortable. But now it's not there huh ... ?? Klinik ini sangat nyaman, anak2 betah sekali jika periksa dsini, tidak seperti bbrp tempat lain, klinik ini membuat sudut bermain khusus untuk anak2. Setiap yg datang selalu d sambut dgn ramah, dan pemeriksaannya d lakukan dgn profesional

Terimakasih kepada pengelola klinik karena saya pernah diberi kesempatan bekerja disini. Walaupun waktu kerja saya singkat namun cukup banyak menambah wawasan dan gambaran bagaimana bekerja di PPK 1. Klinik ini sangat berkembang,mulai dari tahun 2009 sampai sekarang secara fisik perkembangannya baik sekali, secara manajemen pengelolanya selalu berusaha memberikan reward bagi pegawai yang berkinerja baik, secara pelayanan semua karyawan memegang prinsip patient-centered,jam pelayanan juga cukup baik dengan pembagian dua shift,ada yang di jam kerja masyarakat pada umumnya ada juga yang di luar jam kerja masyarakat pada umumnya. Semoga Klinik Firdaus semakin maju dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar dan masyarakat DIY, menjadi klinik percontohan,kami tunggu selalu inovasinya ???

Pertama bergabung dengan klinik ini th 2013, sangat membantu saya untuk belajar mengenal dunia kerja menjelang lulus kuliah.. senang sekali bisa dapat kesempatan bergabung, rasanya dapat keluarga baru yang ramah dan penuh perhatian? Alhamdulillah sekarang sudah jauh kemajuannya.. dari sekedar praktek dokter umum, hingga jadi klinik yang biarpun masih kecil tp dibuat sangat nyaman, baik untuk petugas maupun para pasien dan pengunjung. Pelayanannya pun skr sudah bertambah dengan layanan bidan.. yah semoga selalu berkembang, makin sukses, makin bisa menyehatkan masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar.
First joining this clinic in 2013, it really helped me to learn about the world of work before graduating from college .. I was happy to get the opportunity to join, it felt like I could be a friendly and caring new family? Alhamdulillah, the progress is now far .. from just a general practitioner practice, to being a clinic that even though it is still small but made very comfortable, both for officers and patients and visitors. The service has now been expanded with midwife services ... well hopefully it will always develop, the more successful, the more healthy the community and the surrounding environment.

Saya sangat salut dengan Petugas Parkir yg berkacamata, saya datang disambut pulang saya cm kasih 2000 tp tukang parkirnya dengan ikhlas mendoakan kesembuhan pakde saya, saya sangut salut krn baru pertama kali menemukan Petugas parkir sebaik dan setulus ini. Semoga rejeki dan kesehatan berbalik pada Petugas Parkirnya,. Aamiin.

Pelayanan baik dan harga terjangkau. Tapi saya dapat pengalaman buruk dengan dokternya. Saya kesini untuk mendapatkan Surat Keterangan Sehat untuk bekerja. Dokter bertanya dengan ramah pada awalnya sehingga saya menjawab dg baik pula, tetapi dokter tersebut tiba-tiba bertanya mengenai gaji. Dan mengatakan gaji saya KECIL kemudian terus menerus berkomentar seharusnya perusahaan memberikan saya gaji setara ibukota. Saya sampai speechless dan bingung ketika keluar dr klinik. Saya rasa sangat tidak etis dan tidak sopan bertanya ke ranah privasi dan berkomentar ttg gaji yang kecil. Apa kepentingan dan hubungannya ya dg Surat Keterangan Sehat? Saya tidak meminta-minta kesini atau meminta pelayanan gratis. Saya sangat kecewa dan sepertinya kedepan tidak akan keklinik ini lagi. Silakan dievaluasi. Profesi dokter tidak membuat anda berhak berkomentar tentang pendapatan atau pekerjaan orang lain yang tidak merugikan anda. Bintang 4 untuk pelayanan bukan untuk dokter.
Good service and affordable prices. But I had a bad experience with the doctor. I'm here to get a Health Certificate for work. The doctor asked kindly at first so I answered nicely too, but the doctor suddenly asked about the salary. Dan said my salary was SMALL then kept commenting that the company should have given me a salary equivalent to the capital. I was speechless and confused when I left the clinic. I find it very unethical and disrespectful to ask in the realm of privacy and comment about the low salary. What are the interests and their relationship with a Health Certificate? I'm not begging here or asking for free services. I am very disappointed and it looks like in the future I will not go to this clinic again. Please evaluate. The profession of a doctor does not make you have the right to comment on other people's income or work that is not detrimental to you. 4 stars for services not for doctors.

Tanggal 11-11-2021 kemarin saya periksa dan kebetulan dokter jaganya dokter inisial FTA... Saat aku masuk ruang periksa aku cuma di tanya2 beberapa hal tanpa di periksa sedikitpun.. aku cuma di tensi dan dokternya bilang ini tensinya rendah sekali tapi gak ngasitau hasilnya berapa.. Aku di ruangan itu gak ada 3 menit udh keluar.. aku minta unk di suntik tapi doketr nya bilang buat apa di suntik kan gak ada penyakit yg spesifik.. padahal ulu hatiku udh sakit banget sampe aku sesak nafas.. maksud hati minta unk di suntik biar lebih cepat sembuh.. oke gpp gak boleh di suntik tapi aku datang ke sana tuh unk periksa bukan sekedar wawancara ke dokternya.. Udh gtu gak nyampe 3 menit astaghfirullah.. sampe2 ada 1 menit aku bengong sendiri gegara sangking kilatnya pemeriksaannya.. Jujur kecewa banget sih sama dokter inisial FTA.. Kayak gak peduli dan gak mau tau mau nya pasien.. Biasanya kalau berobat tuh pasti di tanya mau di suntik gak?? Ini malah enggak sama sekali
Yesterday 11-11-2021 I checked and coincidentally the doctor on duty was the initials FTA... When I entered the examination room I was only asked a few things without being checked at all... I was just on blood pressure and the doctor said it was very low blood pressure but it didn't matter what is the result.. I wasn't in the room for 3 minutes, I came out.. I asked for an injection but the doctor said what was the injection for, there's no specific disease.. even though my heartburn hurts so much that I'm short of breath.. I mean to ask to be taken injection so that it heals faster.. okay, it's okay not to be injected but I came there to check it, not just an interview with the doctor.. After that, it didn't arrive for 3 minutes astaghfirullah.. until there was 1 minute I was stunned by myself because of the speed of the examination.. Honestly, I'm really disappointed with the doctor with the initials FTA.. It's like he doesn't care and doesn't want to know what the patient wants.. Usually, if you get treatment, you will be asked if you want an injection or not? It's not even at all
