★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempat tunggunya bagus bersih, suster dan dokternya teliti. sangat terbantu dengan pelayanan petugasnya, termasuk mendaftarkan perubahan fasilitas kesehatan BPJS meskipun harus menunggu sampai bulan depan, tapi tetap dilayani dengan baik meskipun belum terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS di kliniknya.
 the waiting area is clean, the nurse and the doctor are thorough. greatly assisted by the service of its officers, including registering changes to BPJS health facilities even though they had to wait until next month, but they were still well served even though they were not yet registered as BPJS participants in their clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test antigen pelayanan lama banget. Antrian bisa terlewati gitu saja. Sudahh daftar sudah bayar malah antrian terlewati. Kecewa berat kalo ini . Mohon di perbaiki masalah urutan nomornya kasian yang nunggu sama yang sudah bayar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Melayani BPJS. Pelayanan dokter dan susternya baik, hanya saja kemarin bagian administrasi malah yang kurang ramah. Lebih baik ditingkatkan karena bagian administrasi sangat mempengaruhi kenyamanan pasien.
The place is clean and comfortable. Serving BPJS. The doctor and nurse services are good, it's just that yesterday the administration was less friendly. Better to improve because the administration greatly affects patient comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang mau test antigen kesini, 98rb udah dapet print out surat hasil tesnya, tapi gaada send lewat email gtgt. Hasil ditunggu 1 jam-an. Kuota 30org per-kloter. Kloternya ada jam 8,11,14,16. Sistemnya ambil antrian di tukang parkirnya, terus nanti disuruh ngumpulin fotokopi ktp sama nomor antriannya terus dikasih kertas data pasien yg harus diisi terus nanti baru dipanggil untuk eksekusi swabnya. Swabnya dilaksanakan di bagian belakang kliniknya. Jangan lupa bawa fc ktp sama pulpen.
Kalo mau dapet nomer antrian karna takut besok full kuotanya, h-1 ke kliniknya aja terus minta ke tukang parkirnya, etss tapi bayar 5rb per nomor urutnya wkwk. Bawa pulpen juga, biar gak beli lagi. Tukang parkirnya jual pulpen 3rb sih?
Untuk petugas kliniknya ramah banget kok, keep it up??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah pernah periksa disini tp bayar administrasi lagi yang harganya hampir setara konsultasi dokter, dokternya amat sangat tidak ramah malah marah marah gak jelas. Kecewa
I've checked here but paid administration again which costs almost the equivalent of consulting a doctor, the doctor is very, very unfriendly, even angry, not clear. Disappointed

dulu pernah priska di sini tapi memang sudah lama ,mau periksa lagi di tanya surat/tanda bukti pernah periksa di sini saya jawab ngak ada wong yang kemarin saja saya ngak di kasih apa2, di cek data juga ngak ada( katanya) okelah isi data lagi nama alamat dkk setelah selesai periksa cek nota wow kaget , yaudah saya bayar tapi ngak di kasih lagi surat/bukti pernah periksa di sini. masa iya besok kalo mau periksa bawa nota, layanan dokter sih oke lah layaknya dokter lain tapi masalah admin dan pendaftarannya yang menurut saya sangat tidak sesuai dengan apa yang saya bayar. sangat bikin kecewa
