★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali nya USG di klinik siti Fatimah. Ya memang dokter nya ramah dan profesional. Tapi sayang, pelayanan receiptionis nya ngga becus. Masa saya ngga di kasih struk atau invoice nya dan saya di kasih vitamin bekas. Kacau. Mana mahal banget 550 rb. Mendingan di klinik kehamilan sehat cuma 400 tapi saya dapet pembukuan nya dan lengkap bersama invoice nya.. ngga lagi lagi deh saya ke klinik siti Fatimah.
 The first time was an ultrasound at the Siti Fatimah clinic. Yes, the doctor is friendly and professional. But unfortunately, the receptionist service is not good. I can't give you a receipt or invoice and I'm given a used vitamin. What a mess. Which is really expensive 550 thousand. Better at the healthy pregnancy clinic, only 400 but I got the complete bookkeeping along with the invoice .. no longer do I go to the Siti Fatimah clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah, tapi kurang informatif, penjelasan yang diberikan kuran apalagi untuk orang yang hamil untuk pertama kali.
Tapi yang paling parah, profesionalitas perawat dan receptionis nya. Cara komunikasi kurang jelas, hasil pengukuran tinggi, berat badan dan tekanan darah tidak pernah dicatat. Semoga kedepan nya bisa ditingkatkan lagi.
The doctor is friendly, but not informative, the explanation given is not enough, especially for people who are pregnant for the first time.
But the worst thing is the professionalism of the nurses and receptionists. The way of communication is not clear, the results of measurements of height, weight and blood pressure are never recorded. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

Dokternya alhamdulillah baik banget, teliti, di cek organ vital spt jantung, paru-paru, otak, tangan, dan kaki jabang bayi.
Biayanya 260 ribu, terjangkau alhamdulillah bunda...
Semoga kita semua yg sedang mengandung dilancarkan ya, kehamilannya, aamiin ya rabb
I did ultrasound 2D yesterday because it was still 15 weeks in its womb.
The doctor, thank God, was very kind, thorough, examined vital organs such as the heart, lungs, brain, hands and feet of the baby.
The cost is 260 thousand, affordable, thank God, mother ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin sempat USG 2D pelayanan dokternya ramah baik..
Cuma yg menjadi pertanyaan saat ke receptionis bayar sampai 340ribu dapat obat FOLAVIT 400.ug tiga strip. Karna berhubung gada penjelasan struk dari klinik saya sempatkan tanya ke apotik saat pulang.dan harga obat FOLAVIT 400
Cuma 9.500 per stripnya jadi klo 3stripnya cuma 28.500 saja
Jadi harga USG 312.500. Apa semahal itu USG 2D.??????

Because since there is no explanation of the receipt from the clinic, I took the time to ask the pharmacy when I got home. And the price of the drug is FOLAVIT 400
It's only 9,500 per strip, so for 3 strips it's only 28,500
So the price of ultrasound is 312,500. How expensive is 2D ultrasound?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini Selasa, 29 Juni 2021 saya mau nyoba imunisasi anak saya kesini karena dekat dengan rumah. Sebelumnya telpon dulu untuk menanyakan apakah bisa imunisasi disini, tapi mbak yang angkat telponnya seakan ogah2an menjawab pertanyaan. Akhirnya saya dan suami datang sore harinya buat imunisasi untuk bayi berusia 2 bulan. Sampai disana seperti biasa anak saya ditimbang, tapi timbangan tidak dibersihkan terlebih dahulu atau dikasih alas sekali pakai. Setelah itu udah cuma ditimbang aja. Trus saya tanya kok enggak diukur tinggi badan dan lingkar kepalanya? Soalnya pengalaman imunisasi sebelumnya ditempat lain selain ditimbang juga diukur tinggi badan dan lingkar kepala, sama mbaknya dijawab "diukur juga boleh", tapi tetep aja nggak diukur. Saat divaksin saya tanya itu vaksinnya DPT saja atau DPT kombinasi, karena kalau saya baca di buku KIA untuk bayi usia 2 bulan vaksin yang diberikan adalah DPT-HB-Hib 1 dan polio tetes 2, dijawabnya katanya DPT saja. Saya tanya lagi HB-Hib nya enggak? dijawab cuma enggak gitu aja tanpa ada penjelasan. Cukup sekali ini aja deh imunisasi disini.

When I was vaccinated, I asked if the vaccine was DPT only or combined DPT, because if I read in the MCH book for babies aged 2 months, the vaccines given were DPT-HB-Hib 1 and polio drops 2, he said he said DPT only. I asked again, is it HB-Hib or not? the answer is just no without any explanation. Just this once, immunization here.

pasien yang sudah mendaftar dan datang dari jauh, saya dan istri menunggu di luar (karena di dalam penuh) dan sudah memberitahu pihak admin dan mereka berjanji akan menelefon, tapi mereka hanya menelefon 1 kali yang tidak ada notifikasi di hp, seharusnya mereka itu menelepon tiga kali siapa tahu ada gangguan jaringan, ternyata dokter sudah pergi, dulu juga pernah begini, malah mereka tidak menelefon sama sekali padahal sudah janji mau menelefon dan saya menunggu di kafe seberang jalan karena di dalam penuh, tahu begini mending cari tempat lain yang lebih punya SOP (standar operasional prosedur) yang profesional, saran saya buat owner, klo yang sudah komplain lebih dari 3 orang.... lakukan pengecekan standar pelayanan karyawan anda, bukan malah menyalahkan pasien yang komplain, dan menganggap anda sudah memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik, padahal orang yang komplain merasa sangat tidak dihargai dan kesal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang baik,saya sudah telpon untuk USG dan janjian sama dokternya, tapi pas sampe sana malah DOKTERNYA GAADA. padahal jauh2. Tapi dokternya malah ga ada.
Tolong buat petugasnya KALO KASIH INFORMASI YANG BENER.
The service is not good, I called for an ultrasound and made an appointment with the doctor, but when I got there the DOCTOR wasn't there. though far away. But the doctor wasn't even there.
Please make the officers IF YOU GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

Untuk cek usg kehamilan atau konsultasi rekomendasi banget buat datang ke klinik siti fatimah. Karena biaya ramah di kantong dan pelayanannya juga baik, yang penting kita nya juga baik, ramah, dan berani untuk minta kejelasan (baik segi informasi/administrasi). Dr Melisa masih praktek gk ya? Kalau masih, rekomendasiin banget buat datang ke prakteknya dr. Melisa. Baik, ramah, tidak buru-buru juga, sabar. Waktu persalinan maunya sama dr melisa, eh tapi karena beliau tidak bisa akhirnya dengan bidan.
Tetapi kalau untuk persalinan saya kembalikan lagi kepada pilihan bapak/ibu. Karena kalau dari pengalaman saya, saya sempat mengalami pendarahan saat persalinan disini dengan bidan. Tapi kalau bapak/ibu mau persalinan disini mungkin bisa ambil pilihan yang dengan dokter.
Lalu untuk bidan-bidannya bisa di edukasi lagi lebih maksimal bagaimana jika ada keadaan darurat, seperti saya saat pendarahan dan kekurangan oksigen. Supaya tidak terlihat panik dan bingung, kalau bidan-bidannya aja terlihat panik dan bingung, gimana saya sebagai pasien yang sedang kritis.
Tapi saya tetap memberikan bintang 5, karena saya berterima kasih sudah membantu saya selama proses mengandung hingga melahirkan anak saya dengan sehat.
Semua ada plus minusnya, semoga bisa jadi bahan pembelajaran baik bagi saya dan seluruh tim medis di klinik siti fatimah.
Sukses selalu dan semoga berkembang jauh lebih baik lagi.

For an ultrasound pregnancy check or consultation, it's really recommended to come to the Siti Fatimah clinic. Because the fees are pocket-friendly and the service is also good, the important thing is that we are also kind, friendly, and brave to ask for clarity (both in terms of information/administration). Dr. Melisa is still practicing, right? If so, I really recommend to come to the practice, dr. Melissa. Kind, friendly, not in a hurry too, patient. At the time of delivery, Dr. Melisa wanted the same thing, but because she couldn't, she ended up with the midwife.
But when it comes to childbirth, I return it to the choice of the father/mother. Because from my experience, I had experienced bleeding during labor here with the midwife. But if you want to give birth here, maybe you can take the option with a doctor.
Then the midwives can be educated more optimally what if there is an emergency, like me when I am bleeding and lack of oxygen. So as not to look panicked and confused, if the midwives looked panicked and confused, how about me as a critical patient.
But I still give 5 stars, because I thank you for helping me during the pregnancy process to give birth to my child in a healthy manner.
Everything has its pluses and minuses, hopefully it can be a good learning material for me and the entire medical team at the siti fatimah clinic.
