★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staf bagian administrasi nya nggak ramah sama sekali,ibu hamil di suruh muter2 cari uang tukeran karena mereka bilang nggak ada kembalian nya,padahal pasien yang sebelum saya banyak yang uang pakai uang receh,harus nya mereka ada uang kembalian nya..saya nggak akan pernah mau ke sana lagi,karena ini rujukan aja saya ke sini,di rujuk di sini karena biaya nya murah,ternyata murah pelayanan nya juga tidak baik sama sekali..
 the administration staff is not friendly at all, pregnant women are told to go around looking for change because they say there is no change, even though there are a lot of patients before me who use change, they should have change ... I will never want to go there again, because this is my only reference here, referenced here because the cost is cheap, it turns out cheap the service is also not good at all ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security. Terutama komandan dng seragam safari. Hrs diberikan dan dibtatar 5S: Sapa salam senyum sopan santun. Perlu dididik bagaimana melayani tamu saat datang. Apalg tamu yang sedang sakit dan baru pertama kali yang tdk tahu peraturan. Harus daftar dmn, antri dmn dsb. Sehingga tercipta suasana ramah dan menambah berkat bagi seluruh jajaran Klinik Anugrah.
Parkir diberikan tanda mana untuk karyawan mana untuk tamu.
Security Especially the commander with the safari uniform. Should be given and in 5S 5S: Greetings, smiles, manners. Need to be educated how to serve guests when they arrive. Apalg guests who are sick and the first time who do not know the rules. Must register dmn, queue dmn etc. So that it creates a friendly atmosphere and adds blessing to all Anugrah Clinic staff.
Parking is given a sign where for employees where for guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman dan murah. Staf disini jg ramah-ramah. Biaya perawatan di klinik ini kisaran 20-30k (tergantung perawatan apa yg dilakukan).
Untuk poli gigi, pendaftarannya dibuka sekitar jam 5 AM dan hanya terbatas 10 pasien setiap hari dan bisa kurang dari itu. (info lainnya silakan cek di foto dibawah)
Berdasarkan informasi yg saya dapatkan, semua dokter yang kerja di sini adalah sukarelawan (ini alasan tempat ini murah).
The place is comfortable and cheap. The staff here are also friendly. The cost of treatment in this clinic ranges from 20-30k (depending on what treatment is performed).
For dental clinics, registration is open around 5 AM and is limited to 10 patients every day and can be less. (other info please check the photo below)
Based on the information I got, all the doctors who work here are volunteers (this is the reason this place is cheap).

Dokter nya detail dan tegas .
Dan yg paling bikin saya takjub ya harga nya. Saya cuma bayar Rp. 20.000 saat registrasi dan setelah nya tidak ada biaya lagi

For you who wants to check up at dental clinic (Poli Gigi), you should register your name at 6 am. And come again at 8 am because dental clinic only serve 10 patient per day.
