★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Shabrina sangat terjangkau tempatnya dengan rumah saya, jadi kalau suami saya sakit langsung saja berobat ke klinik shabrina yg fasilitasnya melayani BPJS dan juga skrng bisa swab antigen dikliniknya langsung.
The Shabrina Clinic is very affordable to my house, so if my husband is sick, just go to the Shabrina clinic, whose facilities serve BPJS and now you can swab the antigen in the clinic directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Shabrina merupakan faskes kelas I saya di BPJS. Bulan lalu saya berobat ke sana karena saya ada keluhan sakit di dada kiri dan ulu hati. Dokter yang memeriksa saya namanya dr. Sarah. Beliau mendiagnosis saya sakit otot dan memberi saya obat Mefenemic Acid. Diinstruksikan untuk dikonsumsi selama 3 hari dan jika tidak ada perubahan diminta untuk kembali lagi. Ternyata sakit saya makin parah, saya kembali lagi beberapa pekan kemudian untuk kunjungan berikutnya.
Di kunjungan kedua, saya mengeluhkan nyeri yang makin menjadi. Kali ini dr. Sarah mendiagnosis ada sakit pada syaraf saya sehingga saya dirujuk ke dokter spesialis syaraf di rumah sakit.
Setelah saya ke RS dan konsul dengan dokter syaraf, beliau mengobservasi saya secara langsung dan menilai bahwa tidak ada masalah sama sekali dengan syaraf saya. Beliau meminta saya cek rontgen thorax, tes darah lengkap dan rapid test antigen. Hasil rontgen dan tes darah saya semuanya normal, begitu pun dengan antigen hasilnya negatif. Tidak ditemui kelainan pada syaraf maupun gangguan pernafasan saya.
Kemudian beberapa hari setelah itu saya konsul dengan dokter di halodoc. Saya cerita semua kronologis penyakit saya dari awal. Dokter tersebut langsung dengan cepat mendiagnosis saya bahwa itu penyakit asam lambung/GERD. Beliau langsung meresepkan beberapa obat lambung dan melarang saya untuk mengkonsumsi obat anti nyeri lagi karena itu mengandung asam.
Saya sangat kecewa dan benar-benar tidak habis pikir. Dua kali dr. Sarah examine saya secara langsung, sama sekali tidak terbersit di pikirannya bahwa yang saya rasakan adalah gejala GERD. Malah saya diberi obat anti nyeri yang berbasis asam. Hal seperti ini sangat membahayakan. Penyakit umum seperti asam lambung saja beliau tidak bisa diagnosis dengan benar (sampai 2x pula).
P.S.: dokternya juga tidak mengikuti jadwal praktik yang tertera, datangnya sering telat dan saya perlu menunggu lama jika ingin berobat.
Shabrina Clinic is my class I health facility at BPJS. Last month I went there for treatment because I complained of pain in my left chest and gut. The doctor who examined me was dr. Sarah. He diagnosed me with muscle pain and gave me Mefenemic Acid. Instructed to be consumed for 3 days and if there is no change asked to return again. It turned out that my pain was getting worse, I came back a few weeks later for my next visit.
On my second visit, I complained about the pain that was getting worse. This time, dr. Sarah diagnosed my nerve pain so I was referred to a neurologist at the hospital.
After I went to the hospital and consul with a neurologist, he observed me directly and judged that there was no problem with my nerves at all. He asked me to have a chest X-ray, complete blood count and rapid antigen test. My X-rays and blood tests were all normal, and the antigen was negative. There were no abnormalities in my nerves or breathing problems.
Then a few days after that I consulted the doctor at Halodoc. I chronologically tell all of my illnesses from the start. The doctor immediately quickly diagnosed me that it was GERD. He immediately prescribed some gastric medicine and forbade me to take any more painkillers because they contained acid.
I was so disappointed and really couldn't help thinking. Twice dr. Sarah examined me face-to-face, it did not occur to her to think that what I was feeling was the symptom of GERD. Instead, I was given an acid-based pain medication. Things like this are very dangerous. Common ailments such as stomach acid alone he could not diagnose correctly (up to 2x anyway).
P.S .: the doctors also did not follow the stated practice schedule, they were often late and I had to wait a long time if I wanted treatment.
