5 kali datang hanya 1 kali dilayani.
Kedatangan :
#1: bidang belum datang dan disarankan untuk ke SpOG saja.
#2: bidan ada, dan alhaAlhamduli dapat pelayan yang baik.
#3 - ke 5 :sama seperti yang pertama.
Pelayanan ramah tapi terkesan tidak mau melayani. Terutama saat ingin periksa kandungan ke bidan.
Bidan selalu tidak stand by dan harus nunggu sekitar 2jam.
My experience comes to this clinic.
5 times came only 1 time served.
Arrival:
# 1: the field hasn't arrived yet and it is recommended to go to SpOG only.
# 2: midwives are there, and alhaAlhamduli can be a good servant.
# 3 - to 5: same as the first.
Friendly service but seems not willing to serve. Especially when you want to check your womb to a midwife.
Midwives always do not stand by and have to wait about 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akhirnya bertemu klinik yang bagus, pelayanan ramah walaupun receptionist seperti agak bingung diawal. Saya USG dilayani dokter umum karna datang pada hari kamis, sedangkan dokter SPOG prakteknya tiap hari Sabtu dan Minggu. Walaupun dokter umum, tapi saya sangat puas, USGnya sangat teliti, saya konsul dan banyak mendapat saran dr dokter, padahal d klinik sblmnya hanya di USG dan diberi obat2an saja, habis tu gak di tanya apa2 lagi.
Untuk USG nya hanya tersedia 2D, biaya daftar, konsul, USG, dan obat Rp.150.000
Untuk USG 4D ada di cabang yg baru, sukses selalu ya klinik raja medika, masih seneng dengan pelayanannya lho.

For 4D ultrasound there is a new branch, success is always the clinic of the king of Medika, still happy with the service you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senin mau cek lab ktanya bisa tp hasilnya selasa karena harusnya pagi2 agar dpt hasil hari itu jg sedangkan gua dtg sore.gua tanya berkali2 selasa 5februari tanggal merah imlek apa ttp bsa?kasirnya bilang bisa dr jm 7 sampai jm 10 pagi katanya.akhirnya selasa dtg pagi2 sblom antri lama2 tkut hasil nihil kasir gua tanya lagi cek darah bisa kan?katanya bisa.setelah nunggu cukup lama akhirnya di panggil sesuai antrian ternyata katanya g bisa tanggal merah.udah jauh2 nunggu lama hasil nihil kecewa sama kasir yg ga konsisten.masih mending tmpat lain jelas klo ga bsa langsung bilang ga bisa jadi ga usah antri lama.

SAYA JUGA CEK LAB DARAH DISINI, KARENA SAYA TERBIASA TES DI PRAMITA DAN PRODIA, MAKA YANG SAYA RASAKAN DISINI ADALAH JUJUR SEPERTI TES DI PUSKESMAS KAMPUNG, PADAHAL BAYARAN NYA TIDAK JAUH JUGA DENGAN PRODIA DAN PRAMITA, JADI KESIMPULAN SAYA, KALAU UNTUK CEK DARAH.. BETTER DI PRODIA ATAU PRAMITA SAJA.
THE TEST HERE FOR PCR AND ANTIGEN TESTING DOES NOT HAVE SOP, DEPTH AND 1X OR 2X SWAB ALSO THERE IS NO SOP AND DEPENDING ON "TESTING MOOD.
SO YES, THE RESULTS DEPEND ON THE THINGS THAT I LIKE.
I ALSO CHECKED THE BLOOD LAB HERE, BECAUSE I HAVE TESTED AT PRAMITA AND PRODIA, THEN I FEEL HERE IS HONEST LIKE TESTING AT THE KAMPUNG PUSKESMAS, WHILE THE PAYMENT IS NOT FAR ALSO WITH PRODIA AND PRAMITA, SO CEXI KESIMPALAN. BETTER IN PRODIA OR PRAMITA ONLY.
