Please for an officer whose name is Ms. Erlina is taught manners not to talk to the patient casually. Even though she is a health worker, does she deserve to chat with the patient, the patient is registered while she is not in the room face to face ... very disappointed with Ms. Erlina's service

Harga SEMAHAL itu saya rasa ada di kelas mitra keluarga bukan KLINIK yang pintu toiletnya hampir rubuh
Ngeri kan tarif semahal itu tapi pintu toilet ga beres..
Improve service, cleanliness, etc.
I think the price is that EXPENSIVE, I think it's in the family partner class, not the CLINIC, where the toilet door is almost falling
It's scary that the rates are that expensive but the toilet door is not right..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu sih recommended bgt.. tp skrg dokter nya udh ganti semua.. pelayanan jd agak kurang.. terakhir dtg dokter nya lom ada pdhl udh jam 10.. suruh balik lg 1jam kemudian..
It used to be really recommended.. but now the doctors have changed everything.. the service is a bit lacking.. the last time the doctor came, the doctor wasn't there at 10 o'clock.. told me to come back 1 hour later..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semakin memprihatinkan,jam 10.47 dokter belum datang. Sedangkan pasien sudah antri,tdk sesuai dengan deskripsi jam buka. Pelayanan tolong ditingkatkan dan obat obatanya lebih lengkap lagi.
The more alarming, at 10:47 the doctor had not come. While the patient is already queuing, it doesn't match the description of the opening hours. Please improve the service and the medicines are more complete.
