Management yg bodoh
The doctor is good, but old-fashioned debit machines are not available, I want to pay, I have to run and run, find the ATM ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah gak keitung berobat ke sini, selalu dpt pelayanan baik, sakit sembuh kyk bisul, tipus, dll, merasa puas klo dh bayar, sakitnya sembuh, harganya juga sangat murah.
Gw klo sakit, psti yg trbesit prtama itu klinik dr syarif, dokter2nya baik dan jujur, gak bkl ditipu deh lu
It doesn't count for treatment here, I always get good service, the pain gets better like ulcers, typhoid, etc., I feel satisfied when I pay for it, the pain gets better, the price is also very cheap.
If I'm sick, the first thing that comes to mind is Dr. Sharif's clinic, the doctors are good and honest, you can't be deceived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan tim apotik disana. Saya merasa dirugikan. saya penderita Bels palsy. Saya sudah berobat dengan dokter gina lebih dari 2kali. Sudah jelas dokter gina bilang jika ingin perpanjang surat istirahat untuk karyawan tinggal datang tanpa biaya apapun.. Tapi., saat saya kesana tadi sore saya mencoba buat beli obat saraf saya dan meminta surat istirahat saya tapi tidak dikasih. saya meminta sampai lebih dari 2 kali tidak dikasih surat istirahat saya. Akhirnya saya tetep ngotot dan akhirnya mba2 apotek tersebut menelpon dokter gina menanyakan perihal tersebut. Akhirnya surat istirahat saya dikasih tapi yang saya kaget jumlah tagihan saya 72 ribu. Mungkin bagi kalian itu kecil yaa bagi saya yang org sederhana itu besar mba!!!! Saya biasanya menebus obat saraf hanya 29 ribu. pas saya tanya kenapa jumlahnya 72 ribu. Mba2 apotik bilang sama saya itu ada biaya konsul. SAYA SAMA SEKALI TIDAK KONSUL. konsul itu ketika pasien berkomunikasi dengan dokter langsung!!! Ini dia yang komunikasi dan menelpon dokter gina bukan saya yang bertemu dokternya..
Demi Allah saya tidak rela. Ayah saya sudah tidak bekerja. Saya terancam putus kontrak karena penyakit ini. bukan diperingan malah dipersulit. Uang yang seharusnya bisa saya pakai untuk ibu saya dan lain lain hangus gitu aja. Saya sudah berobat di dr Syarif Alwi dari saya kecil!! bahkan dari jaman ada dokter Syarif yg ramah sekali. dari sebelum mba2 apotek itu bekerja disitu bahkan!! tapi baru kali ini saya kecewa sekali dengan pelayanannya!!!
Allah tidak tidur yaa mba. Inget mba. Do'a orang yang terkena penyakit cepat di ijabah Tuhan. Hati2 yaaa mba. Demi Allah itu menyakitkan saya.
I am disappointed. Very disappointed with the service of the pharmacy team there. I feel wronged. I have Bel's palsy. I've been treated with doctor Gina more than 2 times. It's clear that Gina's doctor said that if you want to extend the rest letter for employees, just come at no cost.. But, when I was there this afternoon I tried to buy my nerve medicine and asked for my rest letter but it wasn't given. I asked for more than 2 times and was not given my rest letter. Finally, I persisted and finally the pharmacy lady called the doctor, Gina, asking about this. Finally, my letter of rest was given but what I was surprised about was the amount of my bill was 72 thousand. Maybe for you it's small, for me, a simple person, it's big, mba!!!! I usually redeem nerve drugs for only 29 thousand. When I asked why the number was 72 thousand. Mba2 pharmacies told me that there was a consul fee. I AM NOT A CONSUL AT ALL. the consul is when the patient communicates with the doctor directly!!! This is the one who communicated and called Gina's doctor, not me who met the doctor..
By Allah I am not willing. My father is no longer working. I was threatened with breaking my contract because of this disease. not lightened, but even complicated. The money that should have been used for my mother and others was forfeited. I've had treatment at Dr. Syarif Alwi since I was little!! even from that era there was a very friendly doctor Sharif. since before the pharmacies worked there even!! but this is the first time I'm really disappointed with the service!!!
God doesn't sleep, sis. Remember Ms. Prayers for people who are affected by illness are quickly granted by God. Be careful ma'am. By Allah it hurts me.
