★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servicenya sangat buruk sih, kita sebagai pasien tau banget pasti cape ngurus yg rapid/swab test banyak orang, tapi harus profesional dong. Masa sama orang tua pun ttp di ketusin. Dan perawat nya canggih betul ya, ng-swab orang tanpa pake sarung tangan. Mohon di perbaiki lagi lah servicenya terutama pd perawat yg tugas rapid/swab test, dan klau bisa di tambah 1 orang untuk bantu beliau, biar tidak sendirian dn marah2 ga jelas.
 the service is really bad, we as patients know that we must be tired of taking care of a lot of rapid/swab tests, but we have to be professional. Even the parents are still in the throes. And the nurses are really sophisticated, yes, swab people without wearing gloves. Please fix the service again, especially to nurses who are on a rapid/swab test task, and if you can add 1 person to help him, so that he is not alone and angry, it's not clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya untuk masukan saja kalau kesitu anda cukup duduk dulu, kenapa karna minim nya staf tenaga medis & kalau bisa d sediakan nomor antrian supaya urutan tertata. jadi bagi pasien yg mau konsultasi, harap bersabar sampai di pangil masanya bagi yg mau mendaftar. Tempat nya nyaman hanya saja bagi yg baru mau konsultasi pasti binggung karna resefcionis nya tenaga medis yg ngedata sendirian jdi harap bersabar bagi yg mau konsultasi.
Just for input, if there you just sit down first, why is it because of the lack of medical staff & if you can provide a queue number so that the order is organized. so for patients who want to consult, please be patient until the time is called for those who want to register. The place is comfortable, it's just that for those who just want to consult, they will be confused because the receptionist is a medical staff who records the data alone, so please be patient for those who want to consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman, hasilnya bisa dipertanggung jawabkan, petugasnya ramah dan baik serta mau menjelaskan hasil lab kita namun tidak melewati batas kewenangan profesinya.. Keren ?
The place is comfortable, the results can be accounted for, the officers are friendly and kind and willing to explain our lab results but don't cross the limits of their professional authority.. Cool ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang mau daftar PCR,antigen sangat banyak dan antri,tetapi petugas yang melayani dari pendaftaran sampai pengambilan sample spesimen cuma 1orang,sehingga terjadi penumpukan orang baik didalam ruangan maupun diluar ruangan
People want to register for PCR, there are lots of antigens and queues, but the officer who serves from registration to specimen sampling is only 1 person, so there is a buildup of people both indoors and outdoors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulan lalu saya test antigen disini dengan tujuan untuk persyaratan test cpns yang dimana saya lakukan h-1 sebelum test cpns. Namun pada hari H saya ditolak untuk test cpns tersebut karena informasi dari pihak BKN hasil test antigen saya palsu, tidak terdaftar di pedulindungi.
Saya dapat simpulkan bawah;
1. Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan di laboratorium klinik sandy asih tidak mendapatkan izin Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes).
2. Petugas di laboratorium klinik sandy asih tidak menginput hasil tes pada aplikasi New All Record (NAR) Kementerian Kesehatan.
3. Laboratorium klinik sandy asih tidak menjamin keaslian dan kemungkinan ini pemalsuan surat hasil laboratorium.
Jadi saya tidak menyarankan anda test disini, lakukan pengecekan klinik yang mendapatkan izin dinkes terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan test. Terima kasih.
Last month I did an antigen test here with the aim of meeting the requirements for the cpns test which I did h-1 before the cpns test. However, on the D day I was rejected for the cpns test because the information from the BKN was that my antigen test result was fake, it was not registered with the Care and Protection Agency.
I can conclude below;
1. Examinations carried out at the Sandy Asih clinical laboratory did not get permission from the Health Office (Dinkes).
2. Officers at the Sandy Asih clinical laboratory did not enter test results in the Ministry of Health's New All Record (NAR) application.
3. Sandy Asih's clinical laboratory does not guarantee the authenticity and possibility of this being a forgery of laboratory results.
So I don't recommend that you test here, check the clinic that gets permission from the health office first before doing the test. Thank you.

Twice chest x-rays here, the service is the best, the place is clean and comfortable. The doctor is humorous and firm, maybe some people think he's being scolded, but for me it's firm. Good job doc
