Suami saya operasi Usbun dengan Dokter Alva Handoko Senjaya. He's Very Friendly Doctor that I haven't meet. Very kind and very helpful. Seharusnya seperti ini semua dokter semua bisa bahagia yg mau oprasi.
Buat susternya juga semua baik2 ga ada yg ketus kalo di tanya apalagi bagian Registrasi juga. Buat yg dateng dengan asuransi langsung di tanganin. Ga nunggu apa2 lagi. Tergolong baru rumah sakitnya tapi pelayanan nya Bagus sekali. Sangat Membantu untuk Pelayanan BPJSnya. ❤❤❤❤

My husband underwent a USB operation with Doctor Alva Handoko Senjaya. He's Very Friendly Doctor that I haven't met. Very kind and very helpful. It should be like this, all doctors can be happy who want to operate.
For the sisters, everything is fine, no one is curt when asked, let alone the registration section. Those who come with insurance will be handled directly. Wait no more. It is classified as a new hospital but the service is very good. Very Helpful for BPJS services. ❤❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya bagus, perawat dan dokternya ramah. Cuma saja arah kiblat tidak ada di dalam kamar jd bingung deh hehe
The service is good, the nurses and doctors are friendly. It's just that the Qibla direction isn't in the room, so I'm confused hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget banget.. Saya pasien pembayaran pribadi. Jujur pelayanan kamar rawat inap parah sekali. Anak saya usia 3 tahun dan sangat rewel saat dirawat jadi selang infus sering sekali mengalami darah naik. Malam hari jam 2 pagi infus anak saya copot. Dan tidak dipasang kembali. Paginya dokter bilang anak saya tidak jadi diizinkan pulang karena badannya hangat karena obat yg masuk belum tuntas. Pasti belum tuntas karena anak saya sudah tidak pakai infus dari jam 2 pagi. Lalu dokter bilang anak saya harus kembali di infus dan di uap. Sayangnya anak saya tidak pernah lagi dipasangkan infus sampai jam 2 siang. Anak saya sudah tidak betah dan minta pulang terus. Obat juga belum diberikan karena infus tidak terpasang. Lalu uap pun juga saya tunggu tidak kunjung di uap. Saya minta ganti sprei karena anak saya ngompol pun tidak diganti juga spreinya.. Tolong lah rumah sakit sebesar hermina kenapa harus sampai seperti ini. Saya benar2 kecewa sampai marah sekali dengan pelayanan kalian.
Very disappointed.. I am a private payment patient. Honestly, the inpatient room service is really bad. My son is 3 years old and he is very fussy when he is being treated, so the infusion tube often has high blood pressure. In the evening at 2 am my child's infusion dislodged. And not reinstalled. The next morning the doctor said that my son would not be allowed to go home because his body was warm because the medicine that had been administered had not been completed. It must have not been finished because my child has not used IV since 2 am. Then the doctor said my son had to go back on the IV and on the steam. Unfortunately my son was never again put on an IV until 2 pm. My son was not comfortable and asked to go home. Medication has not been given because the infusion is not installed. Then I also waited for the steam to not come to steam. I asked to change the bed sheet because my child wetted the bed and the sheets were not changed either. I am really disappointed that I am very angry with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first thing first, i'd like to thank dr. Alva and Team at RS Hermina Periuk Tangerang for getting my appendix removed! No pain around the suture wounds after surgery, super thorough. The suture looks perfect which i feel satisfied about :D. Also thank you for dr. Djati for treating my tifoid fever as the first diagnosis when i came to Hermina Periuk, super humble and kind.
Last but not least, thank you for dr. Stacy and Team at IGD for the fast and measure action.
