★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontliner nya sangat tidak profesional, jutek sekali, benar2 harus di improve, ini emang watak staf nya gitu atau emang ga ada standar pelayanan pasien di klinik tersebut, please belajar sama petugas Indomaret. Saya berobat pakai umum saja begitu, gakebayang kalo pake BPJS. Tempatnya luas, nyaman, bersih, tapi tempat duduk untuk pasien tidak ada sandaran, sangat tidak nyaman kalo sedang sakit parah harus duduk tegak. Surprisingly dokter nya ramah.
The front liner is very unprofessional, very dirty, really needs to be improved, this is the character of the staff or there is no standard of patient service at the clinic, please learn with Indomaret officers. I just used to take medication like that, I can't imagine using BPJS. The place is spacious, comfortable, clean, but the seat for the patient has no backrest, it is very uncomfortable if you are seriously ill, you have to sit up straight. Surprisingly friendly doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jln pikiran dokternya kemana tau.. Saya yg ngerasain sakit dan demam mau minta surat keterangan sakit ga di kasih.. Jelas2 saya di kasih obat demam.. Tolong pa presiden pecat model orang seperti ini.
So the doctor's mind goes where I know .. I who feel sick and have a fever want to ask for a certificate of illness not given .. Obviously I was given a cure for fever .. Can the president fire the model of people like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama petugas kasir dan yg melakukan pemeriksaan swab antigen, jutek banget, pegawainya ngga sopan. Mending di klinik lain yg pelayanannya bagus dan ramah
Disappointed with the cashier and the one who did the antigen swab check, how dirty, the staff is not polite. Mending at another clinic whose service is good and friendly

Prnh berobat krna asma kambuh (pdhl udh prnh berobat dgn keluhan sama dan di uap) trus malah dirujuk ke RS, org cm asma ditulis nya dirujukan demam tinggi (pdhl ga demam sama sekali),terakhir mw berobat malah disuruh swab (bayar sndri) pdhl cm bapil,ga ada demam sama sekali,. Tanya temen berobat di klinik lain dgn keluhan sama ga pke swab2 segala.. Lgsung pengajuan pindah klinik deh ??
Really BAD.. I've been receiving treatment because of a relapse of asthma (even though I've already been treated with the same complaint and on steam) and then I was referred to the hospital, the person with asthma was written as being referred to as having a high fever (even if I didn't have a fever at all), finally I was asked for treatment instead, I was asked to take a swab ( pay sndri) pdhl cm bapil, no fever at all,. Ask a friend for treatment at another clinic with the same complaint, don't use swabs at all... Immediately apply for a transfer to a clinic
