Pelayanannya oke sih, dan ternyata aku baru tau kalau mau pindah faskes ga bisa langsung di klinik nya harus lewat online. Temen aku berobat konsultasi sama dokter bentar bgt ga nyampe 5 menit dan katanya dokternya cuek bgt. Disini ada ATM mandiri jugaa.
The service is okay, and it turns out I just found out that if I want to move to a health facility I can't go directly to the clinic, I have to go online. My friend went for a consultation with the doctor for a while, it didn't arrive in 5 minutes and he said the doctor was really cool. There are also independent ATMs here.

Pertama kali kesini kurang pelayanannya, karyawannya gk ada senyum2an nya pisan. Dokter umumnya jg. Nanganin pasiennya cepet bgt, kayak buru2 gt. Padahal kn pasien butuh konsultasi soal penyakitnya. Kalo ane kapok dah kemari. Tapi ini bukan ngejelekin yak. Cm berbagi pengalaman aja.

Klinik paling gak jelas. Pelayanan lama, karyawan nya gak ramah, apalagi dokternya galak bgt, harusnya seorang dokter tuh ramah sama pasien, minta skd doang malah marah2. Sangat tidak rekomendasi !
The most obscure clinic. The service is old, the employees are not friendly, moreover the doctor is very fierce, a doctor should be friendly with the patient, just asking for skd instead of getting angry. Not really a recommendation!

Kedua kalinya berobat anak saya ke klinik ini, pertama lumayan lah dokter nya cowo kasih tindakan dan edukasi, kedua BAD bgt, dokter nya yg meriksa cewek, disini saya mau periksa anak saya lah malah di suruh keluar karena anak saya (bayi 9bln) cerewet". Logika nya ngapa anak saya di suruh keluar kan yg mau di periksa anak saya! Abis itu ga nanya" lagi cuma nulis resep dan di suruh nebus obat. Sebelumnya juga ke bagian resepsionis mereka nanya nama anak saya, saya jawab malah mesem" dikira nama anak saya lucu dan aneh gitu. Bad kebangetan sih ini mah, pantesan sepi ga lagi deh

Untuk klinik ini, pelayanannya tolong diperbaiki. Banyak banget org yg berobat di klinik ini. Baik orang dewasa maupun anak2. Dan saya pernah punya pengalaman tidak menyenangkan di klinik ini. Saya pernah mengganti buku Pink KIA, karena buku yg saya punya hilang. Saya jelaskan dll. Saya disuruh nunggu. Saya pikir mungkin ibu Bidan sedang melayani Imunisasi anak jd saya nunggu. Posisinya saya membawa 2 anak (usia 3tahun dan bayi usia 8bulan). Di bag.pendaftaran saya sudah jelaskan buku hilang ini. Dan saya disuruh nunggu. Setengah jam saya tunggu, gak dipanggil. Sampai 1 jam. Saya lihat Bidan sudah selesai praktek. Tapi syaa gak dipanggil. Lalu saya coba ke bah.pendaftaran lg. Dan masih suruh nunggu. 20menit kemudian saya datang lagi ke bag.pendafraran karena anak saya sudah nangis, bosan menunggu. Dan ternyata saya diberikan buku Pink KIA kosong (baru). Kalo memang saya hanya mendapat buku baru, kenapa harus nunggu selama itu dan tidak diberikan saja langsung. Pelayanan yg menurut saya gak masuk akal. Dan si mbak di bagian meja depan itu, malah nyolot. Saya kecewa banget. Posting disosmed seolah2 klinik bagus dll. Tp nyatanya mengecewakan sekali. Harap diperbaiki pelayanan dan sikap para petugasnya. Terimakasih..
For this clinic, please improve the service. There are so many people who seek treatment at this clinic. Both adults and children. And I've had an unpleasant experience at this clinic. I once replaced the Pink KIA book, because the one I had was lost. I explain etc. I was told to wait. I thought maybe the midwife was serving the child's immunizations, so I waited. His position I brought 2 children (3 years old and 8 months old baby). In the registration section I have explained this lost book. And I was told to wait. I waited half an hour, no call. Up to 1 hour. I saw that the midwife had finished practicing. But I was not called. Then I tried to register again. And still have to wait. 20 minutes later I came back to the registration bag because my child was already crying, tired of waiting. And it turned out that I was given a blank (new) Pink KIA book. If indeed I only got a new book, why did I have to wait that long and not just give it straight away? Service that I think is unreasonable. And the lady at the front desk, even sticks out. I'm very disappointed. Post on social media as if the clinic is good etc. But it's really disappointing. Please improve the service and attitude of the officers. Thank you..
