★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di pendaftaran nya tdk ramah. Seperti nya mereka melihat dr penampilan dulu. Terbukti ketika pas saya berobat membawa mobil dan tdk membawa mobil (silakan artikan sendiri ?). Begitu juga dengan satpam nya, sama saja. Tolong bersikap humble lah, memanusiakan manusia lah. Coba kalau mereka di posisi pasien, apakah mereka mau di perlakukan yg sama?
 The service at the registration is not friendly. It's like they saw from the first appearance. It was proven when when I went for treatment I brought a car and didn't bring a car (please interpret it yourself ). Likewise with the security guard, it's the same. Please be humble, be human. If they were in the patient's position, would they want to be treated the same way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas cukup helpfull. Mostly Dokter jaga juga menjelaskan dengan baik. Paling ada satu dua dokter yg kurang ramah. Masih bisa di tolerir..
The staff is quite helpful. Mostly The doctor on duty also explained well. There are at least one or two doctors who are not friendly. Still tolerable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang bilang petugas/karyawan klinik tidak ramah, mohon maaf saya bantah keras. Tidak ada hubungannya sama sekali, mau kita pakai BPJS atau tidak, mau pake mobil atau tidak, saya yang naik motor pakai daster pakai sandal jepit swallow dilayani dgn sangat baik dan ramah loh. Yang penting kita beretika aja sih dan gak ngotot/sok tahu duluan kalau gak tahu prosedur, mereka akan jelasin dgn sabar dan ramah kok kalau kita nanya, dengan catatan, BERTANYA DENGAN CARA BAIK2.
Makanya buat yang kasih rating jelek, mungkin kurang tata krama.? Dan ini ulasan google map fungsinya mengulas lokasi/tempat/akses ya, bukan tempat mengeluh masalah pribadimu dengan petugas2nya. Kalau berani lapor secara resmi dgn bukti konkret, atau ngomong langsung ditempat, isi kotak kritik dan saran (bila ada). Jangan beraninya cuma di Sosmed.??
ULASAN TEMPAT:
- karena masuk gang, jd minus di parkir kurang luas, alhasil yg punya mobil harus parkir pinggir jalan dan bikin macet kadang2
- ruang tunggu nyaman, ada AC dan TV, toilet bersih krn rutin sterilisasi.
- ruang praktek standar, yg penting bersih, ada lab. buat yg mau tes darah bisa jg pakai BPJS.

It has nothing to do with it, whether we want to use BPJS or not, whether we want to use a car or not, I, who rides a motorbike, wears a negligee, wearing swallow flip-flops, and is served very well and friendly. PLACE REVIEWS:
- because you enter the alley, it's a minus in the parking lot is not wide enough, as a result those who have a car have to park on the side of the road and cause traffic jams sometimes
- the waiting room is comfortable, there is AC and TV, the toilet is clean because of routine sterilization.
- Standard practice room, the important thing is clean, there is a lab. For those who want a blood test, you can also use BPJS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur saya udh lama yg bilang ramah atau baik perawat itu hoax, saya sudah berapa tahun dari saya sma sampai saya kerja, fixx kurang ramah n songong bnget perawat nya, jika ada pasien salah atau tidak tau please lah bisa santai ja ngomong lebih ramah gitu, kalian sekolah kan ya perawat n dokternya?, Please percuma sekolah tinggi2 tpi ga punya sopan santun tata cara omongannya, masa harus dilaporkan berpihak yg ga seperti gini terus, saya harap jgn pada songong ya perawat nya, ini untuk kita semua itu jadi nyaman jadi kesini, kita dh sopan tpi ga dihargain hadehhh.....
Honestly, it's been a long time since I said that nurses were friendly or good, it's a hoax, how many years has it been since I was in high school until I worked, fixx is not friendly and the nurses are very polite, if there are patients who are wrong or don't know, please relax and speak more friendly like that, Do you go to school, nurses and doctors? Please, high school is useless, but you don't have the manners to speak, how long should you report taking sides that aren't like this, I hope you don't talk to the nurse, this is for all of us, so it's comfortable to come here , we are polite but we are not appreciated haha .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per malam ini, 16 jan 22, saya berobat ke restu ibu dengan gejala, flu, sesak, kriteria gerd, saya kalau flu pasti akan merasa sesak karena ada riwayat bronkitis, begitupun asam lmbung, saya sudah jelaskan semua apa yg saya keluhkan, seperti batuk, pilek, sakit tnggrkn, perut begah, sering sendawa, bahkan sesak, kesan dokternya memang sangat cuek, tidak ramah, panjang lebar saya jelas kan keluhan saya, eh cuma dikasih obat flu,radang, sama vit aja, tanpa ada obat untuk lambung, managitu abis minum obatnya beberapa menit kemudian malah berasa sesek makin parah,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sesak nafas, ke klinik ini pas jam buka puasa dan mereka bilang tidak bisa melayani meski kondisi darurat karena semua sedang istirahat buka puasa padahal di depan ada tulisan UGDnya. Entah di mana para staf klinik ini belajar etika medis dan entah ibadah puasa macam apa yang akan dibanggakan kalau menolong orang sesak nafas saja kebanyakan alasan buat menolak! Andum slamet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik dekat rumah yang pelayanannya sangat profesional meskipun pakai BPJS sekalipun. Semua petugas ramah dan semua informasi diberikan dengan jelas. Sudah beberapa kali berobat disini dan hasilnya cukup memuaskan. Hari ini saya scaling disini dan hasilnya benar-benar bagus. Hanya saja untuk scaling/poli gigi kuotanya memang masih terbatas. Terima kasih. Sukses selalu.
A clinic near the house whose services are very professional even though they use BPJS. All officers are friendly and all information is given clearly. Been here several times for treatment and the results are quite satisfactory. Today I am scaling here and the results are really good. It's just that for scaling/dental poly the quota is still limited. Thank you Good luck for the future.

Sebelum nya sudah cek di Klinik lain , saya didiagnosis ada tumor dirujuk ke THT. Maksud hati ke klinik ini minta surat rujukan BPJS, tanpa pake periksa fisik dibilang cuma radang tenggorokan biasa. Udah dikasih bukti tetep kekeuh, besok nya saya ke THT langsung tanpa BPJS, ternyata benar Tumor, balik lagi ke klinik restu ibu, baru dikasih surat rujuk..
To Dr. Nurul, don't take people's illnesses lightly, just don't use BPJS.
Before I checked at another clinic, I was diagnosed with a tumor and was referred to ENT. The intention is to go to this clinic to ask for a BPJS referral letter, without using a physical examination, it is said to be just an ordinary sore throat.
