Kalo di logikain yaa, kita itu kan dateng ke klinik yang otomatis orang sakit dan ada virusnya. Kenapa harus bukan sepatu
Di RS aja masuk nya nggk buka sepatu.
Seumur² tinggal di jakarta nggk pernah tuh buka sepatu kalo mau berobat ke klinik biasa sekalipun
Untuk tempat berAc
Cuma lantai nggk bersih juga kyk kita di rumah
Nggk ada tempat buang sampah juga di dalem kliniknya
Untuk pelayanan dan dokter bagus. Ramah dan berkompeten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pasien yang harus dirujuk ke dr. bedah. Hari selasa tgl 15 Sept 2020 saya berobat ke klinik Ummi Nindira ini dan dp rujukan ke dr.bedah. Udah sampai ke mbak adminnya bilangnya "Mau kapan ini? soalnya stempelnya gak ada" ya saya jawab "Besok rabu atau Kamis" bla bla mbak nya bilang "Yaudah nnti dikabarin lagi"
Saya datang lagi sore tetep masih gak ada. Ya mosok sih klinik gak ada stempelnya. Kalo misalkan masih buat bilang aja. Surat rujukan gak ada kabar juga sampai hari ini pkl. 10.39 . Sangat mengulur waktu saya, yang harusnya saya udh bisa tindakan tapi ini diulur karena gak ada stempel. Apa karena saya peserta BPJS? Asal kalian tahu ya peserta BPJS itu bayar bukan gratis. Semoga gak ngrasain jadi pasien deh mbak mbak yang kerja di Ummi Nindiria.

I came again in the afternoon but still not there. Yes, the clinic doesn't have a stamp. For example, I still just say it. There is no referral letter as of today. 10.39. It really took my time, I should have been able to take action but this was being delayed because there was no stamp. Is it because I am a BPJS participant? As long as you know, the BPJS participants pay, not for free. Hopefully you don't feel like being a patient, sis, who works at Ummi Nindiria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dan istri swab antigen 25 agustus 2021 di klinik ini jam 18.30 pada saat mengambil sampel perlakuan perawat sangat kasar. Begitu diberi masukkan perawatnya malah ngomel. Atitude perawat sangat buruk.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy bawa istri berobat, kondisi lemah, demam, soalnya dah bebrpa hari di kosan dan baru di bawa ke klinik.pertama tes swab antigen, hasilny positif. Udah aja di suruh pulang, disuruh cari apotek buat beli obat. Resep ga di kasih, solusinya ga dikasih harus gimana. Harusnya kasih saran, beli obat apa aja. Mana kondisi lemah harusnya sih di infus dulu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semalam datang untuk cek pembukaan, Alhamdulillah baru nemu klinik yang rapi, bersih, bidan juga baik banget jelasin dengan detail dan sabar. Begitu ditanya berapa katanya ga usah bayar, padahal saya dtg sudah tengah malam tapi ttp dilayani dengan baik. Selama ini belum pernah pakai BPJS untuk berobat ke klinik krn dalam benak pelayanannya pasti ga bagus, malam itu juga saya langsung pindahkan faskes ke klinik ummi nindira krn puas banget pelayanannya.

2 bulan yang lalu periksain nak bayik demam tinggi sampe 39.4° kata dokter nya mau tumbuh gigi, di apotek kliniknya dikasih paracetamol sama antibiotik. Tapi katanya yang ditanggung bpjs paracetamolnya aja, antibiotiknya beli dengan harga 120k. Ya udah dibayar aja. Dokter yang merikrasin perempuan. Seminggu yang lalu nak bayik diare yang bener² dalam durasi sejam diare nya bisa lebih dari 5 kali, udah bener² lemes, gak mau makan, tiap makan/minum susu/minum air putih muntah, demam juga. Saya udah panik banget. Karena diare nya udah sehari semalem sampe nak bayik ga bisa istirahat, malem pun begadang karena diare, muntah nya ga berenti². Saya kira bakal dirujuk, tapi kata dokternya selagi nak bayik belum pucet² amat, bibirnya belum biru ² artinya belum dehidrasi yang parah jadi kasih obat aja terus. Sampe saya di omelin dokternya karena saya keukeuh minta dirujuk takut anak saya kenapa². Dokternya yang ini laki². Dikasih lah obat diare sama antibiotik. Saya kira antibiotik nya disuruh bayar kayak 2 bulan lalu. Biidznillah ternyata gratis. Gak ngerti, kok bisa gitu yah padahal antibiotik nya merk-nya sama?
2 hari kemudian diare, demam, muntah nya masih sama, malah makin parah. Saya coba bawa nak bayik ke dokter spesialis anak di klinik sritina. Dokter anaknya sampe bengong, ini diare nya udah parah banget. Harus cepet² dibawa ke IGD RS, dehidrasi nya juga udah parah. Jadi lah nak bayik di rawat inap di RS Ridhoka Salma, setelah hasil lab keluar, qadarullah wa maa syaa fa'ala nak bayik kena demam berdarah udah lama sekaligus diare juga. Pada kaget. Kok bisa² dokter di klinik ummi nindira nak bayik gapapa. Gak ngerti saya, jujur bingung sama antibiotik yang 2 bulan lalu bilang ga ditanggung bpjs, yang seminggu yang lalu ditanggung. Dan saya kecewa sama dokter yang laki² ini, anak saya udah sebegitu parahnya (kata dokter anak di klinik sritina) tapi di anggap gapapa

2 days later diarrhea, fever, vomiting are still the same, even worse. I'm trying to take my baby to a pediatrician at the Sritina clinic. The child's doctor was stunned, this diarrhea is really bad. Had to be taken to the emergency room immediately, the dehydration was already severe. So, if you want your baby to be hospitalized at Ridhoka Salma Hospital, after the lab results are out, qadarullah wa maa syaa fa'ala, if you want your baby to have dengue fever for a long time and diarrhea too. In shock. How come the doctor at the Ummi Nindira clinic wants a baby, it's okay. I don't understand, to be honest I'm confused about the antibiotics that 2 months ago said they weren't covered by BPJS, which a week ago were covered. And I am disappointed with this male doctor, my child is already so bad (said the pediatrician at the Sritina clinic) but is considered okay
