★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak-ku badannya panas dan badannya bentol abis minum obat penurun panas, langsung aku bawa kesini, pelayanannya memuaskan, dokternya cepet tanggap banget. Terutama Dr. Cristina ramah, care dan sabar banget, semua pertanyaanku dijawab dan kasih pengertian juga, alhamdulilah panasnya udah turun dan aktif lagi.
 My child is hot and has lumps after taking fever-reducing medication, I immediately brought him here, the service was satisfactory, the doctor was very responsive. Especially Dr. Cristina is friendly, caring and very patient, all my questions were answered and gave understanding too, thank God the heat has gone down and is active again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cukup lama pakai faskes disini bidannya baik, dokter2 umum perempuannya juga baik pakai apd juga. cuma belum lama ini berobat dapet dokter laki laki, dokternya cuma pakai kaos kerah belang2. periksanya buru2 banget dan kaya nuduh banget kalau saya sakit bohongan. keterlaluan sih, udah lagi sakit dituduh pula. pantes aja ya kliniknya sepi karna ada satu dokter yang ga ada sopan santunnya. saran saya juga dokternya bisa lebih rapih lagi dalam berpakaian biar pasien lebih yakin kalau itu beneran dokter. auto pindah faskes cari dokter yang lebih baik.
It's been quite a while using the health facilities here, the midwives are good, the female general practitioners are also good at using PPE too. only recently, I got a male doctor for treatment, the doctor only wears a striped collared shirt. The check was really rushed and seemed like really accusing me of being sick. It's outrageous, it's already sick to be accused anyway. No wonder the clinic is quiet because there is one doctor who has no manners. My advice is also that the doctor can be more presentable in dressing so that the patient is more sure that it is really a doctor. auto moved health facilities looking for a better doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kejadian hari jumat 4 Februari 2022 Sebagai klinik faskes pertama ini sangat tidak layak, seorang anak 7 tahun sudah menggigil parah minta rujukan tidak dikasih harus nunggu sampe muntah 5 kali dan lemas baru akan dikasih, ini klinik sudah gila keponakan saya didagnosa typus ketika kami nekat membawa langsung ke rumah sakit ternyata dinyatakan dbd dan kondisi sudah sangat parah kalo kami tidak cepat membawanya ke rumah sakit mungkin ceritanya lain kami minta rujukan dipersulit padahal sudah sangat gawat, Hai klinik bunda jangan renov gedung lu aja pelayanan lu diperbaiki hampir lu menghilangkan nyawa manusia, sangat tidak layak pelayanan yang buruk semoga tidak ada korban yang seperti kami lagi.

As the first health facility clinic, this is very inappropriate, a 7-year-old child is already shivering badly asking for a referral not to be given, he has to wait until he vomits 5 times and will be weak before he will be given, this clinic is crazy, my nephew was diagnosed with typhoid when we were desperate to bring him went straight to the hospital it turned out to be dengue and the condition was very serious if we didn't take him to the hospital quickly maybe it's a different story we asked for a referral to be complicated even though it was very serious, hi clinic, don't renovate your building, just repair your service, you almost killed a human life, very not worth bad service hope there are no victims like us again.

Bisa2 anak gua kaga bisa tidurrr mlmnya .. jelek bngt ni RS . Pantes aja sepiiiii mana dokter laki-lakinya malah sok galakkk gua bayar pribadi woy bukan pake pemerintah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemaren PCR pelayanannya ga ribet cuma bawa ktp dan kartu vaksin krn ada screening pertanyaan yg perlu didiskusikan sebelum swab, tadi pilih pcr yg 24 jam biaya Rp.275rb ikut sesi yg pagi, ehh taunya hasilnya ga sampe jam 12 malam dihari yg sama sdh keluar, Makasih ya klinik bunda. Banyak Rezeki, Salam Sehat utk smua nakes disana
Yesterday the PCR service was not complicated, just bring an ID and vaccine card because there is a screening of questions that need to be discussed before the swab, earlier I chose a 24 hour PC that costs Rp. Thank you ma'am clinic. Lots of sustenance, healthy greetings to all health workers there

saya sakit mata belum apa2 blum ditanya udh main ke igd aja, yang parahnya lagi Mata saya di congkel pake jarum suntik buat ngambil kotoran di mata! situ dokter main2 ya main seenaknya nanganin mata orang gak ada prosedur, gak ada proses check dahulu !! efeknya sampai sekarang mata saya jadi sering iritasi dan merah! dokter nya cowok gak mencerminkan bgt dokter dr cara pakaian, yg cuma pake masker doang. nada bicara yg gak sopan, ngecek nya buru2 krn ada antrian juga, stlh itu main argumen nya kuat sekali sampe gak ada celah buat pasien ngomong, spt menyalahkan pasien yg sakit, disuruh nunggu didepan ruangan, tapi pas dia keluar saya ditanya 'ngapain masih disini?" itu bener2 masih membekas. tidak punya attitude sm sekali
