β β β β β Kalau ada bintang setengah saya kasih setengah, bintang 1 kebagusan untuk klinik ini.
Parah bgt SOP nya ga jelas ngantri dari jam 12 kurang (pas istirahat) keadaan klinik blm begitu ramai nunggu sampe jam 1 udh banyak org yang antri.
Tp dari awal masuk ga ada nmr antrian, giliran udh datang org banyak yg mau berobat baru dibagiin nmr antriannya.
JADINYA REBUTAN!!!!!!! INGIN DULUAN SEMUA!!!! NGAKU NGAKU YANG PERTAMA DATANG!!!!
Saya amat sangat merasa dirugikan, saya yang duluan datang akhirnya dpt nomor antrian yg jauh sekali dengan org yg datang setelah saya! GAK ADIL!!!! Semua org yg datang kesini dlm keadaan tdk sehat yaa jadi tolong perketat nmr antrian jgn seenaknya bagiin gtu aja!!!
Awal ngantri didepan meja resepsionis berbaris sesuai dgn yg datang diawal. EH PAS DOKTERNYA DATANG DI SURUH KELUAR RUANGAN BUAT ANTRI LAGI TOH SAMA AJA MAU DILUAR MAU DIDALEM BAKALAN BERDESAKAN KAYA ANTRI SEMBAKO.
PARAHNYA LAGI DOKTERNYA NGEBAGIIN NMR ANTRIAN DENGAN MODAL PERCAYA SAMA ORANG, SIAPA YANG DULUAN DATANG????? DARI JAM BRP???? JUJUR YAA JANGAN BOONG!!!!
bagi sebagian org bisa aja boong demi dpt bagian pertama, saya kecewa nunggu dari awal malah yg didulukan yg didepan nyerobot antrian dgn asas kepercayaan.
SEHARUSNYA MESKIPUN ISTIRAHAT TETAP BISA AMBIL NOMOR ANTRIAN BIAR ADIL. BIAR GAK NGAKU-NGAKU YANG PERTAMA DATANG.
KAPOK!!!!! GA AKAN LAGI DATANG KESINI.

It's so bad the SOP is not clear, the queue is less than 12 o'clock (when taking a break) the condition of the clinic is not so crowded, waiting until 1 o'clock, there are already many people queuing.
But from the start, there was no queue number, it was the turn of people who wanted treatment, and then they shared the queue number.
IT HAS BEEN A SURPRISE!!!!!! WANT EVERYTHING FIRST!!!! DEFEAT THE FIRST TO COME!!!!
I feel very, very disadvantaged, I was the first to arrive and finally got a queue number that was far from the person who came after me! NOT FAIR!!!! Everyone who comes here is in an unhealthy condition, so please tighten the queue number, don't just share it like that!!!
The beginning of the queue in front of the reception desk lined up according to those who arrived at the beginning. Eh, WHEN THE DOCTOR COMES, I was told to come out of the room to queue again, it's the same thing, if you want to go outside, you will be crammed like a queue for groceries.
WORSE AGAIN, THE DOCTOR SHARE THE NMR QUUE WITH THE CAPITAL OF BELIEVE IN PEOPLE, WHO COME FIRST????? FROM BRP HOURS???? HONEST, DON'T BOOK!!!!
For some people, you can just lie to get the first part, I was disappointed that I waited from the start, instead the one who was in front grabbed the queue with the principle of trust.
SHOULD EVEN THOUGH REST STILL CAN TAKE QUESTION NUMBER TO BE FAIR. LET'S NOT AFFIRM THE FIRST COMING.
CAPOK!!!!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
I'm sick, I've been waiting a long time, I got my turn at the end, I got a queue number, the way to share it is not clear.

β β β β β Lebih baik gue pindahin faskes gue ke klinik lain. Setiap berobat pasti kasir dan org yg ada di meja ga pernah ada sopan santunnya se akan ga butuh pasien. Anehnya management ga pernah ngelakuin perubahan.
I'd better move my health facility to another clinic. Every treatment, the cashier and the person at the desk have no manners, as if they don't need a patient. Surprisingly the management never made changes.

β β β β β Kalo ada bintang NOL lebih pantas utk bidan yg tgl 8 november 2021 incharge pelayanan USG jam 19.00 wib!
Td sy ksna jam stgh 6 sore mau kontrol bukan usg..
Nah dikasir srh isi screening jkn dlu, sy isi lah tuh kelar" jam 6 trs kata kasir istrht dulu smpe jam stgh 7, oke sy tungguin kan druang tunggu.. Sampe jam 7 krg 15 kok sy blm dsrh msuk juga dan msh pd ngobrol" druang bidan, sy permisi masuk ruang bidan dan ada yg nyaut klo istrht smpe jam 7, itupun nyautnya di dalem hordeng (hordeng tdk dibuka) trs sy blg klo sy mau kontrol, ada yg nyaut katanya cm melayani usg.. Kesel donk ya sy sbg manusia biasa, udh nunggu 1 jam stgh, disautinnya ga tatap muka pula, dr kasir bilangnya istrht smpe stgh 7, smpe ruang bidan istrht smpe jam 7 katanya.. Ehh bgtu sy dluar ruangan bnyk yg antri, tbtb itu bidan ke meja bidan treak" (mnurut sy sgt ga sopan bgt pelayanannya) sy sampe saut"an sm itu bidan, dy di meja, sy diruang tunggu.. Gda kata maaf sm skali, bner" atittude'a minus bgt menurut sy.. Klo memang mau membela diri, ga seharusnya dy treak" dimeja, kan bisa pas sy permisi msuk ke dalem ruangan trs dy kluar buka hordengnya, lalu bicara baik" sm sy, klo dy bicara baik" masa iya sy marah".. Sy ini gatau klo lgi usg tdk menerima pasien kontrol, sdgkn sy ksana jam stgh 6.. hrs'a ksh tau baik" bukannya malah treak" dr meja bidan ktika sy sudah diluar ruangan. Knapa ga pas sy masuk ruangan, lalu jelaskan baik"? Ktika sy di dalem ruangan malah pd diem, gda yg buka hordeng! Jdi bidan tuh harus sabar sm pasien bukannya ketus, attitude'a dipake klo kerja dibidang pelayanan. Jgn mentang" pake bpjs jdi seenaknya aja memperlakukakan pasien, sy bpjs jg yg bayar bukan gratis.

Ordinary people, have waited 1 hour after all, they don't meet face-to-face either, the cashier says stay until 7pm, until the midwife's room stays until 7 o'clock he says.. Ehh I'm out of the room a lot of people are queuing, tbtb the midwife went to the track midwife's table" (According to me, the service is not very polite) I arrived at the midwife, I was at the table, I was in the waiting room. I shouldn't have tracked it at the table, right, when I'm allowed to enter the room, then you come out and open the curtains, then talk nicely" with me , if you speak well, "yes, I'm angry".. I don't know if I'm on an ultrasound I don't accept control patients, while I'm there at 6 pm. room. Why can't I just enter the room, then explain well"? When I'm in the room, it's silent, no one opens the curtains! So the midwife has to be patient with the patient, not curt, use attitude when working in the service sector. Don't just use BPJS So I just treat patients as they please, I'm BPJS also the one who pays, not free.

β β β β β Pelayanananya buat kasir2 yang di depan ga sopan dan kurang ramah kaya orang ga sekolah klo orang kesana pake bpjs memandang remeh orang pake bpjs gw juga pake bpjs dari kerjaan laki gw.di potong bpjs bukan gratis udah di kasih batas klo yg pake bpjs sampe jm 9 mlm bner2 ga recomed nih klinik
The service for the cashiers at the front is not polite and not friendly like people who don't go to school. If people go there using BPJS, they look down on people using BPJS, I also use BPJS from my male job. BPJS cuts are not free. There is a limit for those who use BPJS until 9 am tonight really not recommended this clinic

β β β β β Tepat hari ini, wah parah sih keadaan istri lagi luka akibat laka,sampe yakri jam 12.00 jam istirahat. Ok gw balik bawa bini lagi luka.jam 13.35 dateng lg gw ke yakri semper masih belum juga istirahat. Lah g lama dateng gerombolan pakai batik abis pulang dr kondangan yg herannya meraka g lepas alas sepatu nya maen jalan aja kedalem,lah kita pasien alas kaki kita tinggal di luar. G bagus dah pelayanan nya attitude nya 0
