★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment on 26th of July to have my HPV vaccination on the 2nd of August. As i’ve arrived in front of the clinic, some people around the area told me that the clinic has closed down and is about to move. I was asked to whom i was making the appointment with, and i told them i was chatting with the admin person, so how i am supposed to know who the admin was. I was given phone number of someone from Vaxcorp who might help. I called her and asked her before i filling the online form again (which i had done on the 26/7 for registration purposes), whether i can receive my jab per today as planned or not, she said yes but currently only home-service, i said i have no prob with that. As i’ve given her the information needed (name, address, etc), she said the appointment per 2nd of aug is full and i can only receive my (supposedly-today) jab ob the 4th of august!! Clearly, it’s not my mistake of not managing my schedule properly, and super clearly this shows how unprofessional the clinic personnels are. Maybe the admin person can learn how to make announcement to let clients know that they are moving out before scheduling appointments. My case could be not critical, but for other cases, life could be at stake. Train your personnels properly Vaxcorp!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to accompany my girlfriend to be vaccinated and found out somehow they closed without prior notice when we arrived there. Costs us travel time and effort. We tried to contact every possible person from Vaxcorp but no one helped, such an unprofessional clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services is very fast and efficient. From the start of my encounter with them, until the very end, service is first class. They are quick to acknowledge if there is something wrong, and decision making is fast. They make sure that customer is queen.
I was fortunate to have the home service. Doctor made you feel at ease, she was very gentle and kind. Customer service is superb! I wish more institutions had this kind of service.
With this experience, it make me want to get vaxxed or jabbed here instead of the hospital in the future. ?
