★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emangnya kalo istirahat ga bisa layanin pembeli sebentar ya? Padahal orangnya lagi telfonan didalem, pintu juga dikonci, emangnya orang beli obat menyita waktu banget ya? Ada 1 orang lagi yg diusir selain saya malah disuruh baca lagi istirahat, itu saya juga ga baca, aneh rezeki ko ditolakin? Padahal gaji juga dari pembeli obat sama dari pasien, karyawan udah kaya ratu aja sih tempat laen aja biar kata lagi makan tetep dilayanin padahal kerjanya duduk bukan diri, ini kebijakanya yg emang begini apa karyawanya yg sengaja kaya ratu jutek dan males?

There was 1 other person who was expelled besides me, but I was told to read again and take a break, I didn't read it either, how strange was my sustenance being rejected? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter, bidan, suster nya ramah biarpun q pke BPJS d sana penanganan dan pelayanannya juga bagus?
Doctors, midwives, nurses are friendly even though I use BPJS there, the handling and service is also good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ berobat selalu pakai bpjs tapi obat selalu tidak dicover bpjs harus bayar dengan uang pribadi dab ada obat yg harus sya tebus lagi di apotik
gunanya bpjs untuk apa
I always use BPJS for treatment but drugs are always not covered by BPJS I have to pay with personal money and there are drugs that I have to redeem again at the pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah pelayanan disini baik, bidan nya ramah ramah, saya lahiran disini anak ke 2 dan ke 3 dengan pelayanan bidan yang sangat sabar dan ramah, dan Alhamdulillah lahiran disini tercover oleh bpjs.
Terima kasih banyak saya ucapkan pada bidan bidan yang telah membantu proses lahiran anak ke 2 dan 3 saya, semoga mendapat balasan pahala yang berlipat ganda. Aamiin ??
Thank God the service here is good, the midwives are friendly and welcoming, I gave birth here to my 2nd and 3rd child with the service of a very patient and friendly midwife, and Alhamdulillah, the births here are covered by BPJS.
Thank you very much to the midwives who have helped the birth of my 2nd and 3rd children, hopefully they will get a double reward. Amen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2 kali di buat naik pitam, dlu suami saya sakit parah dateng kesitu dibilang dokter istrahat,emang orang mau mati harus ttp nunggu istirahat gitu??
Sekarang saya mau berobat dokter dateng jam 11 trus saya dateng lagi dibilang istrahat…kaya main2 ya sama kesehatan orang lain,..??

Now I want to go to the doctor, come at 11 o'clock then I come again and they say rest... it's like playing with other people's health,..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan dokter gigi hanya untuk 5-6 pasien bagi bpjs dan itu hanya senin dan rabu. Dan harus datang jam 8 agr dpt kuota. Dan yg amat disayangkan tdk ada mekanisme nomor antrian jadi walaupun pasien dateng pagi2 buat antri blm tentu dpt jatah dan harus berantem dulu dgn pasien lain krn claim datang lbh dulu dibanding yang lain.
Mohon ijin dibuat mekanisme antrian atau mekanisme yg jelas dan manusiakanlah pasien yg sakit yg dtg ke klinik krn merasa sakit tanpa harus pasien berantem satu dgn yg lain krn merasa paling duluan dateng
Dentist service is only for 5-6 patients for BPJS and that's only Monday and Wednesday. And you have to come at 8 to get a quota. And what is very unfortunate is that there is no queue number mechanism, so even if a patient comes in the morning to queue, it doesn't necessarily get a share and must first fight with other patients because the claim comes earlier than the others.
Please allow a queue mechanism or a clear mechanism to be made and treat sick patients who come to the clinic because they feel sick without having patients fight with each other because they feel they came first
