★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang dari jam 07.50 sampai jam 09.10 disuruh nunggu. Pas ditanya, nunggu dokter tapi ga jelas jg dokternya dateng jam berapa. Padahal antrian pertama dan satu-satunya. Ga ada yg antri lagi selain swab antigen. Waktu 1 jam saya yg berharga...Nunggu sesuatu yg ga jelas.
Came from 07.50 to 09.10 was told to wait. When asked, I was waiting for the doctor but it's not clear what time the doctor came. Though the first and only queue. No one is queuing other than the antigen swab. My precious 1 hour time...Waiting for something unclear.

kesanya sakitnya kalau tidak parah tidak bakal di rujuk. padahal sakit yang di rasa diagnosa (HNP) saraf sakit nyeri tidak tertahankan.
Very bad service, asking for referrals is very long-winded, doctors and officers are not informative and solution-oriented. already 2 x many reasons
The impression is that if the pain is not severe, it will not be referred. even though the pain that is diagnosed (HNP) is the nerve pain, the pain is unbearable.
