★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya tidak informatif, di telpon lama menjawabnya, di jawab tidak memuaska informasinya. Tanya jadwal klinik gigi praktek atau tidak jawabannya disuruh datang saja karena yang terima telepon katanya bukan bagian klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum ny memuaskan... Tp kali ini tdk sama sekali. Orangtua saya di rujuk ke dokter bedah... Namun dokter bedah menolak krn seharusnya ke dokter penyakit dalam. Ini entah dokter atau staff yg salah.
Buang waktu jadinya klo gini. Setengah hari di RS tp tdk ad hasil dan harus kembali lg ke faskes 1 untuk meminta rujukan kembali. Dan antri lg di RS dan tdk bs di hari yg sama
Before it was satisfactory... But this time not at all. My parents were referred to a surgeon... But the surgeon refused because he was supposed to go to an internal medicine doctor. It's either the doctor or the staff at fault.
Waste of time like this. Half a day in the hospital but no results and had to go back to health facility 1 to ask for a referral again. And queue at the hospital again and can't on the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari kemarin ibu saya mau ke dokter gigi dari subuh ternyata tutup, besok nya datang lagi jam 5 pagi sampe jam 10 pagi ternyata dokternya belum datang tanpa ada info dari petugas juga dan yang info dokter lain. Tolong kalo memang ada keperluan diinfo jangan buat orang menunggu, ada hal lain yang harus dikerjakan juga. Terima kasih

very long service, God, people have been queuing since 1 o'clock, they just open at half past 3, I don't know how to change shifts or what, but the doctor is taking so long :(

Pasien di batasi hanya 8.
Antrian dimulai jam 4 sore
Petugas datang jam 5 sore
Datang sebelum jam 4 nunggu sampai petugas pendaftaran nya datang jam 5 ga taunya ZONK
Ternyata pas ditempat pendaftan banyak yg 1 orang daftar untuk 2 orang.
Mending di depan poli itu dikasih nomer supaya orang ga sia-sia buang waktu buat nunggu !
Semoga ke depan nya lebih baik lagi..
Untuk dokternya Alhamdulillah nya baik, ramah, sabar.

Officers come at 5 pm
Come before 4 o'clock wait until the registration officer comes at 5 o'clock I don't know ZONK
It turned out that at the registration place, many people registered for 2 people.
It's better to give a number in front of the poly so that people don't waste time waiting!
Hopefully in the future it will be better..
For the doctor, Alhamdulillah, he is kind, friendly, patient.
