β β β β β Selamat siang, sebenarnya saya paling tdk mau memberikan komentar negatif, tapi karena saya sdh melihat ulasan di klinik ini, bahkan orang lain yg memberi ulasan 5 tahun lalu, masalahnya pun sama dgn yg saya alami. Ruangan yang tidak enak dipandang, padahal masuk ke kamar berbayar, maaf tdk bermaksud apa apa, namun rasanya tdk sepadan. Perawat yg sama sekali tdk ramah, waktunya beri infus dia malah ketiduran, dipanggil tdk dengar (kamar tdk ada bel perawat). Kamar mandi yg menyedihkan, lampu yg seperti bukan menunjukkan bahwa itu adalah klinik. Pulang pun tdk dalam kondisi sembuh. Yang ada hanya luka habis infusan bengkak sampai seminggu, padahal sebelumnya tdk pernah seperti ini, paling 1 hari sdh tdk sakit. Waktu itu pasien sebelah saya ke kamar mandi, sepertinya infusannya tersenggol alhasil darahnya naik, perawatnya yg membetulkan malah memarahi, ngasih tau bukan seperti memberi tahu. Perawatnya pun ke kamar terkadang tdk dalam kondisi rapih, malah seperti orang mau main. Di bagian pendaftaran awal pun tdk enak dipandang, ada pasien tp malah bercanda ngomongin halyg lain, tdk pakai masker dgn baik. Saya harap Klinik ini lebih diperhatikan lagi dalam segala aspek. Semuanya perlu diperbaiki. Saya baca ulasan 5 tahun lalu ko masih saja tdk ada perubahan. Sangat mengecewakan.
 Good afternoon, actually I really don't want to give negative comments, but because I have seen reviews on this clinic, even other people who gave reviews 5 years ago, the problem is the same as what I experienced. An unsightly room, even though I entered a paid room, sorry I didn't mean anything, but it didn't feel like it was worth it. The nurse who was not friendly at all, when it was time to give the IV she fell asleep, was called and didn't hear (the room didn't have a nurse's bell). Pathetic bathroom, lights that don't seem to indicate that it's a clinic. He didn't even come home healed. The only thing left was the wound after the infusion was swollen for up to a week, even though it had never been like this before, at least 1 day it didn't hurt. At that time, the patient next to me went to the bathroom, it seemed that the IV had been touched as a result, the blood rose, the nurse who corrected it even scolded, telling me not like telling. The nurse even goes to the room sometimes not in a neat condition, even like someone wants to play. Even at the initial registration section, it wasn't pleasing to the eye, there were patients but they joked about other things, didn't wear masks properly. I hope this Clinic will pay more attention in all aspects. Everything needs to be fixed. I read the review 5 years ago, but there's still no change. Very disappointing.
