Klinik Kusuma , Kita datang untuk USG saja Konsultasi dan penjelasan dari Bu Bidan sangat Minim ... apalagi Ibu baru yg mengalami hamil , harus nya di berikan keterangan setelah di USG jangan pelit Berbicara , klo kita yg Awam ya bingung mau nanya apa , paling nanya Bagaimana keadaan janin klo cuma di Jawab baik ... ya kita sedang periksa ke Bidan yg Salah. Tanpa diberikan keterangan dan penjelasan yg detail. Terima kasih Bidan

Di klinik ini harus daftar dulu ya, kalo gak bisa kejebak antri. Bad first impression!!! Menurutku. 1. Pas mau priksa suamiku mau ikut masuk ruangan, tapi suruh keluar dengan nada tinggi. 2. Jujur, baru kali ini aku di usg dokternya diem doang gak kasih penjelasan apa-apa. Padahal aku sebagai ibu hamil muda dan pertama sangat butuh edukasi dari dokter atau bidan langsung. Pas aku tanya keadaan bayi cuma dijawab baik!! Pas aku tanya detak jantung gimana, plasenta gimana, ukuranny janin gimana... dokter jawab kalo saya bilang baik ya baik mbaa!! Kalo jelek ya jelek. Heran bgt bidan bisa segalak itu. Pokoknya setiap aku tanya jawabnya gak ngenakin di hati, bikin aku udah males duluaaann, belum jadi konsultasi keluhan udah males karena pelayanannya kaya gitu. Saya tau tempat anda antri, tapi kalo bisa berikag edukasi tentang kehamilan yang anda dapat pada pasien, jangan hanya usg terus di resepin obat. Untuk akun yang memberikan ulasan disini, mereka pasti adalah orang yang ingin menyampaikan kepuasan yang di berikan klinik tersebut. Semoga bermanfaat.

Even though I, as a young and first pregnant woman, really need education from a doctor or midwife directly. When I asked about the baby's condition, it was answered well !! When I asked what the heart rate was, what was the placenta, the size of the fetus, what was the size of the fetus ... the doctor answered if I said fine, okay, mbaa !! If it's bad, it's bad. It's a wonder that midwives can be that much. Anyway, every time I ask the answer, it doesn't make me feel good in my heart, it makes me lazy at first, I haven't consulted the complaint, it's already lazy because the service is so rich. I know where you stand in line, but if you can provide education about the pregnancy you get to the patient, don't just keep on prescribing the ultrasound. Mungkin semua yang dikeluhkan pasian hampir semua sama, hanya saja tidak memberikan ulasanya, Pelayanan mb" Perawatnya semua bagus ramah-ramah, tapi untuk bidanya memang sama sekali(-) benar-benar mines, dari masuk sampe keluar diem aja ga dikasih tau udah selesai/belum ditambah lagi tlpnan dr pasien masuk sampe keluar, diminta menjelaskan malah dijawab dengan nada tinggi, lhah tujuan kita periksa itu apa? Kita mau tau konsultasi/edukasi dll, bukan hanya masuk kaya patung keluar tebus obat, anda memang dibidangnya sedangkan kita ga tau apa" Makanya tanya, kl sudah tau mah ngapain tanya" Ngapain priksa" Jg. Pas mau lahiran di klinik ini ditangani sama bidan yg agak gemuk, bukannya ditenangin dinasehatin yg baik kok malah dikata2in. Namanya juga mau lahiran ya pantes doong kalo kesakitan apalagi lahiran pertama. Trus stlh uda lahir ngobrol2 bnyk sama dia & dia blm nikah & blm pernah lahiran jadi yaaa pantes kalo ga ngrasain sekalipun dia bidan
