★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 4, ibu saya preksa di klinik pengasih husada dalam keadaan yang sudah sangat lemah merasakan mual dan sakit kepala yang luar biasa, dicek oleh dokter Wahyu dengan diagnosis awal vertigo dan lambung, setelah itu direkomendasikan untuk rawat inap namun dengan syarat harus tes antigen. Selepas tes antigen ibu saya disuruh ke ugd dan setelah itu diberitahukan hasil tes dan menunjukkan reaktif. Setelah itu tidak ada penanganan ataupun arahan lebih lanjut hanya dibiarkan saja diruang ugd menunggu 1 jam an, setelah menunggu 1 jam dikomplain langsung disuruh pulang tanpa diberi obat apapun dan yg tadinya dokter bilang akan disuntik pun tidak ada penanangan itu dari perawat. Pelayanan yang sangat buruk, apakah tidak ada etika yang lebih sopan dan baik lagi ketika ada orang yang kesakitan malah dibiarkan saja di ruang ugd pula yang notabennya unit gawat darurat harus ditangangi lebih dulu malah berdalih sedang banyak pasien, aneh!. Pelayanan yang buruk, apa karena bpjs? Tolong samakan pelayanan antara umum dan bpjs. Klinik yang buruk!

After the antigen test, my mother was told to go to ugd and after that they were told the test results showed that they were reactive. After that, there was no treatment or further direction, just left in the room, waiting for 1 hour, after waiting 1 hour they were immediately told to go home without being given any medicine and what the doctor said was going to be injected there was no treatment from the nurse. Very bad service, is there no ethics that is more polite and better when someone is in pain instead they are left in the ugd room which incidentally the emergency unit must be handled first instead arguing there are many patients, strange !. Poor service, is it because of BPJs? Please equate the service between public and bpjs. Bad clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas Kliniknya g konsisten, ketika bertanya di hubungi lewat telpon katanya bisa melayani tambal gigi, tapi ketika datang ke lokasi di infokan oleh bagian pendaftaran tidak bisa melayani tambal gigi. Cuma bikin capek bolak balik klinik aja.
The clinic staff is not consistent, when they ask they are contacted by telephone they say they can serve fillings, but when they come to the location, they are informed by the registration department that they cannot serve fillings. It just makes me tired of going back and forth to the clinic.
