★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg buruk terhadap pasien urgent ttpi tidak melayani pasien..udah menunggu lama tp ttap dokter tidak dtg krna alasan istirahat..?
Bad service for urgent patients but doesn't serve patients.. I've been waiting a long time but still the doctor doesn't come because of the reason for taking a break..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau daftar dokter gigi repot sekali, hrs bolak balik dan dibatasi. Daftar lewat aplikasi JKN tidak diterima. Padahal pelayanan dokter cukup oke.
If you want to register for a dentist, it is very difficult, you have to go back and forth and be limited. Registration via the JKN application is not accepted. Even though the doctor's service is quite okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pegawai fo nya buruk terutama yg perempuan, ngga ramah. Nunggu obat juga lama banget sampe gajadi diambil krn udah ngga kuat nunggu mungkin karna pegawainya kurang.
The service of the staff is bad, especially the women, not friendly. The wait for the medicine is also very long until it can't be taken because I can't wait anymore maybe because the staff is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru x ini berobat ga diperiksa tensi atau lainnya, dokter nanya keluhan n lgsg ngasih obat.
Gw sakit lambung dikasih obat lambung sih tp masa ada tambahan obat flu n batuk padahal gw ga ada flu maupun batuk. lupa liat nama dokternya Krn mual n pusing bikin ga fokus. Dokternya agak gemuk n pake kacamata.

I have stomach pain, I was given gastric medicine, but when there is additional cold and cough medicine, even though I don't have flu or cough. Forgot to see the doctor's name because nausea and dizziness make you unable to focus. The doctor is a bit fat and wears glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dokternya baik si,cm kdang cm interview aja ga di cek,trus kwbanyakan istrhat,pergantian shift.padahal 24jam jd dokter ga standby .kesini jam 9,dokter jam 10 adanya pergantian sgift,kesini jam 11, dokter udh ga trma krna istrhat. hadehhhh.... bingung kadang
the doctor is good, sometimes the interview is not checked, then mostly rest, shift changes. Even though 24 hours the doctor is not on standby. Come here at 9, doctor at 10 there is a shift shift, come here at 11, the doctor is not accepted because he is resting. hahaha.... confused sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dengan komitmen pelayanan 24 jam tapi selalu ada jeda kosong, seharusnya klinik hire juga dokter yang beragama lain. Selain utk memenuhi janji layanan, juga supaya klinik lebih inklusif. Salam Indonesia.
