★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini pukul 12.10 siang aku ke klinik ini rencana minta rujukan sebagai pengguna BPJS. Di depan pintu masuk sudah ada satpam stand by. Belum juga masuk sudah ditanyain mau ke mana, aku jawab ke dalam.
Lalu pak satpamnya menambahkan lagi: Lagi istirahat semua, mungkin jam 01.10 an baru bisa. Aku langsung kaget dan lihat jam di hp, artinya 1 jam lagi.
Hah, ini kan sistem kerja PNS zaman orde baru, jam istirahat pegawai istirahat semua. Apa gak ada srtidaknya 1 orang karyawan stand by, gantian jam istirahatnya gitu biar yang datang bisa dilayani walau gak langsung ketemu dokternya. Sudah gitu, sama satpamnya gak dipersilakan masuk ke dalam untuk menunggu kek, apa kek.
Aku langsung pulang aja, klinik kok kayak gitu sistem melayani customer. Dan aku putuskan langsung ganti faskes BPJS, tidak lagi ke klinik ini.
Today at 12:10 pm I went to this clinic planning to ask for a referral as a BPJS user. In front of the entrance there is already a security guard standing by. Haven't come in yet, I've been asked where I'm going, I answered inside.
Then the security guard added again: Everyone's taking a break, maybe at 01.10 or so. I was immediately shocked and looked at the time on my cellphone, meaning 1 hour.
Huh, this is the work system of civil servants in the new order era, all employees take a break. Isn't there at least 1 employee on stand-by, it's an alternate break so that those who come can be served even if they don't see the doctor right away. It's like that, the security guard is not welcome to go inside to wait for cake, what's up.
I just went home, how come the clinic is like that the system serves customers. And I decided to immediately change the BPJS health facility, no longer going to this clinic.
