3x kesini selalu dapet pelayanan yang kurang baik. pertama kali dari resepsionis. yang jaga kurang ramah lalu kesini lagi hari ini mau scaling. dokter giginya kurang ramah. sampe bilang hal2 yang berkaitan sama bpjs???? maksudnya apa gitu!!! hih kesel. tolong di training lagi dokter2nya.

Manajemen nya payahhh, hanya mau minta surat rujukan harus nunggu smpe berjam", shrusnya dibedakan mana yg berobat mana yang hanya sekedar minta surat aja, kalo ada 100 pasien hrs nunggu smpe pasien habis bru dpt surat keburu dokter di rumah sakit tenpat rujukan pulang kl gtu, tolong dong jgn trllu agap sepele pasien" nya, situ dpt uang karna ada pasien kl gak dr mn anda dpt uang..

Saat konsultasi, sikap dokter umumnya sangat menggampangkan dan menyepelekan concern saya sbg pasien. Dokter tidak memberikan saran dan advis, tidak menanyakan lbh lanjut kondisi atau keluhan saya, dan hanya bilang β€œitu biasa aja” tanpa memberikan arahan lanjutan atau menenangkan pasien. Selain itu yang membuat saya kurang respek adalah ketika saya konsultasi ada dua dokter di dalam, dokter gigi dan dokter umum. Sebelumnya mereka malah sedang mengobrol karena tidak ada pasien. Tetapi ketika ada pasien, malah dokter gigi tidak keluar sehingga saya merasa tidak dihargai privasi antara dokter dengan pasien. Pelayanan cepat, tapi memang karena tidak ada pasien. Mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih.

Nunggu sejam lebih belum dipanggil2 padahal urutan ke dua di pendaftaran udah gt disela sm org urutan k 3 stlh aku dari sepi sampe rame banget kliniknya... Mohon bs diperbaiki lagi untuk sistemnya biar ga terlalu lama menunggu

Petugas pendaftaran tidak bisa menghargai pasien. Hanya masalah kecil saja sampai mengomeli pasien. Saya pasti tidak akan berobat di sini lagi, lebih baik cari faskes lain yang lebih ramah dan bisa menghargai pasien

Kecewa banget. Saya pikir bagus, karena biasanya Pertamedika itu pelayanannya bagus. Tapi saya kecewa. Pertama, pada bagian administrasi, mba yang melayani kurang ramah. Tp saya coba pahami berhubung mba tersebut sedang merapikan barang-barang untuk bagian administrasi. Kedua, dokternya menurut saya kurang profesional karena ketika saya menjelaskan keluhan, dokter yg menangani (dan dokter disebelahnya yang saya tidak tahu kenapa satu ruangan ada 2 dokter), malah dengan nada mengejek melontarkan statement yang tidak penting seperti "ya ampun mba baru umur 25 kok udah penyakit orang tua sih?" Bu dokter yang terhormat, saya kalo bisa milih juga gak mau sakit kok. Selain itu ketika saya cek berat badan, dan saya memang gendut, dokter yang di pojok mengatakan lagi "ya ampun banyak PR ya". Iya saya tahu saya gendut, tapi sepertinya statement-statement tidak penting yang cuma menyakitkan hati sebaiknya tidak dilontarkan, berhubung saya yakin ibu-ibu dokter sudah belajar kode etik menjadi tenaga medis. Saya hanya butuh saran terkait kesehatan saya, bukan statement judgemental dari ibu dokter yang terhormat. Terima kasih, semoga bisa lebih mengutamakan etika, kewajiban serta larangan sebagai tenaga medis.

But I'm trying to understand because the mba is tidying things up for the administration. Second, I think the doctor is not professional because when I explained the complaint, the treating doctor (and the doctor next to him who I don't know why there are 2 doctors in one room), even mockingly made unimportant statements like "Oh my God, you're only 25 years old. do you have parental disease?" Dear doctor, if I could choose I wouldn't want to get sick. In addition, when I checked my weight, and I was indeed fat, the doctor in the corner said again, "Oh my gosh, that's a lot of homework." Yes, I know I'm fat, but it seems that unimportant statements that are just hurtful should not be said, because I believe that doctors have learned the code of ethics to become medical personnel. I only need advice regarding my health, not a judgmental statement from the esteemed doctor. Thank you, hopefully we can prioritize ethics, obligations and prohibitions as medical personnel.
