★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JELEK BANGET!! pelayanan aja keliatan ramah, tapi asal2an, obat ga ada efeknya, surat izin sama kwitansi juga salah, pas balik lagi kesana minta revisi karna tgl berobat salah malah ngotot dia bener giliran gue nelp admin dijelasin eh masih aja bilang gue yg salah ngomongnya. BERAK AIR!! udah gue jelasin panjang lebar org situ aja batu, giliran admin gue yg jelasin baru dia bilang "berarti pt kamu beda sama yg lain" makan tuh tai!
Yg mau berobat disini mending cari tempat lain!
REALLY UGLY!! the service just looks friendly, but carelessly, the medicine has no effect, the license and receipt are also wrong, when I go back there I ask for a revision because the date for treatment was wrong, instead she insisted that it was my turn to call the admin explained eh still said I was the one who said it wrong. WATER BEAT !! I already explained at length to the person who just rocks, it's my admin's turn to explain and then he says "means your pt are different from others" eat that!
Those who want treatment here are better off looking for another place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan sangat buruk, tidak ada penangan ketika pasien ngeluh sakit ke asisten dokter cuma dibilang "suruh sabar emang begitu" gila kali ya orang udah nahan sakit berjam2 terus cuma dibilang gitu tanpa dikasih obat dan diperiksa, tempatnya juga kumuh ada tikus. Ibu saya baru pertama kali dirawat disitu bener2 pelayanannya jelek banget2 yg ada malah asisten dokter pacaran didepan ruang tunggu ga pantes banget. Kontroling pasien juga lama, mau ngasih makan pasien aja harus ditanya dulu mau makan jam berapa wkwk kocak yg namanya orang dirawat pasti udah diatur jam makannya dong ini pake ditanya. Berapa hari dirawat disitu ga ada perubahan malah makin drop akhirnya lebih milih pulang dokternya bilang waktu mau minta copot impusan "dilunasin dulu administrasinya ya pak biar pasien bisa cepet pulang kan kasian juga ibunya kalo nunggu lama2" setelah dibayar ga ada tindakan langsung copot impusan, udah diminta berkali2 udah diomong berkali2 cuma dibilang "iya sebentar nanti asisten saya kesitu" padahal dokternya sendiri yg bilang jangan lama2 tapi dianya yg kerjanya lama ga buru2 copot impusan ibu saya mau pulang diluar mendung makanya mau buru2 takut kehujanan dijalan tapi mereka pada lama kerjanya. Setelah pembayaran tidak ada rincian yg pantas dan jelas hanya dikasih serobekan kertas kecil sama totalnya. Parah sih ini klinik bener2 orang kalo belanja di agen2 aja ada struk dan rincian pembeliannya masa ini klinik ga ada. Kecewa banget ga lagi2 berobat disini. Semoga dr dan asisten bisa bekerja lebih prihatin lagi sama pasien ya kerja yg bener jangan lama penangannya lebih care sama pasien.

It takes a long time to control the patient, just want to feed the patient, you have to ask first what time you want to eat when it's funny whose name the person is being treated for sure the eating time is set, please ask. How many days were treated there, there was no change, even more dropping, finally the doctor chose to go home. The doctor said when I wanted to ask for the impulse "to pay off the administration first, sir so that the patient can go home quickly, it's too bad for the mother if you wait a long time" after being paid, there is no immediate action to remove the break, already I was asked many times, I said it over and over again, I just said "yes, my assistant will be there for a while" even though the doctor himself said not to take long, but he, who worked for a long time, did not take it off, my mother wanted to go home outside the cloud so I wanted to rush to fear the rain on the road but they worked for a long time. After payment, there are no proper and clear details, only a small piece of paper is given the total. To make matters worse, the clinic is really people, if you shop at agents there are receipts and details of the purchases, at this time the clinic doesn't exist. Very disappointed that there are no longer treatments here. Hopefully dr and assistants can work more and be more concerned with patients, do a good job, don't take long to handle it more care for patients.
