klinik thamrin jiung sebenarnya bagus,tapi sangat di sayangkan etitude karyawannya terutama di bagian depan pendaftaran sangat tidak baik dalam melayani orang yg akan mendaftar,tata bahasa sangat ketus,membuat kita pasien seolah2 seperti peminta2,saya sudah sangat sering berobat ke klinik thamrin karena bisa memakai Katu admedika dari perusahaan saya,sebelum2nya saya tidak pernah di suru bawa photocopy kartu dan photocopy ktp,tp td bagian pendaftaran meminta,ok no problem tp yg jadi maslah saya itu sedang sakit dan saya tidak ada photocopy saat saya menanyakan dimana saya bisa photocopy dengan ketus jawab si petugas :di kelurahan...sakit hati saya dengan tata bahasa dia sayang saya tidak tau nama petugas tersebut,apakah seperti itu melayani orang yg akan berobat?dengan sakit hati saya pindah berobat ke RS Islam cempaka putih,dan pelayanan mereka sangat baik...masukan untuk management klinik thamrin agar karyawan yg bertugas di front agar di ingatkan etika berbahasa dan melayani pasien,karena kami pasien datang untuk berobat bukan untuk di ketusin atau seolah2 kami meminta2

saya berobat disini . lalu alergi dengan obat yang di berikan . paginya saya kembali dengan mata bengkak . saya diberi obat untuk mata bengkak saya dan di minta membayar kembali . yang saya sesalkan , saya sudah bayar 2x tapi obat nyeri saya tidak diganti . jadi saya kesana hanya membuang uang saja , bukan sembuh mata saya malah bengkak dan membayar 2x

Klinik ini sangat mengecewakan... Saya disinih berniat untuk cek kehamilan dan saya mengunakan kartu kesehatan dari kerjaan, disaat saya mendaftar awalnya baik" saja tapi setelah karyawanya tau saya mengunakan kartu kesehatan secara langsung petugas itu berubah jadi jutek dan dgn jawaban yg ketus, disituh saya masih maklumin, dan saat periksa pun omongan" yg dilontarkan oleh bidanya pun tidak menunjukan etika seorang yg berpendidikan, dan sesampainya saya mengambil obat untuk kandungan saya, disitu saya kaget kenapa obatnya sedikit sekali ? Sedangkan ditempat mana pun namanya obat/vit untuk ibu hamil dianjurkan untuk sebulan, sedangkan yg mereka kasih kesaya hanya sekitar 2 macam obat dan masing" sekitar 10 butir itu diminum sehari 2x, berarti itu cuna untuk 5 hari saja udh habis, lalu bagai mana saya kedepanya ? Masa iya saya balik lagi cuma buat minta obat ? Ok sampai situ saya maklumin mungkin karna ini awal saya cek kandungan, sebulan kemudian kembalila saya ke klinik tersebut untuk persah lagi, dan baru sampai tempat pendaftaran dengan juteknya karyawanya bilang, bidanya lagi ga ada, dan saya jawa kemana ? Dia bilang tidak tahu, karna bidanya tidak bilang mau kemana setelah itu saya tanya lagi kira" bakal balik lagi ga bidanya ? Dan karyawan pun dgn juteknya menjawab tidak tahu lagi... yg jadi pertanyaanya di klinik situh tuh jadwal bidan hanya ada seminggu 2x hari rabu dan sabtu, hari rabu jam 15:00-18:00 wib hari sabtu jam 10:00-15:00 wib, dan saya datang pada hari rabu jam 15:30 wib bidanya saya tunguin sampai jam 17:00 wib tak kunjung datang juga, yg bikin kesel itu kenapa dijam kerja dia pergi"an ? Dan saya harus nunggu sampai hari sabtu lagi untuk periksa ?

Pertama kali berobat pakai asuransi Jamsostek istri.. pelayanan didepannya judesnya GK ketulungan. Kedua kali bawa ponakan badannya panas...saat diperiksa dokter dibilang badannya demam...saya cek pegang badannya dan saya bilang " iya nih...badannya anget banget "...sidokter langsung tersinggung dan bilang 'jadi bapak nggak percaya saya???" Lahhhh..maksudnya saya itu anget banget ya demam... Balik lagi? Amit2 jabang bayi...nope!!!

Diagnosa dokter yg terlalu ribet,seharusnya dokter tau mana sakit yg parah dan mana tdk,sy sama sekali tdk cocok dgn klinik ini,jangan mentang2 sy pakai BPJS trus anda sembarangan mendiagnosa penyakit org. Tolong diperbaiki lagi dlm pelayanan dokternya.

Kalo ga karna BPJS terdaftar disini. Ogah berobat disini. Barusan mau periksa ke bidan padahal jadwalnya sampe jam 6. Pulang kerja setengah6 lewat dikit sampe sana udah ga ada dokternya. GA BAGUS BGT!!!!
If not because BPJS is listed here. Do not seek treatment here. I just wanted to check with the midwife even though the schedule was until 6. After working half a day, it was a little past until there was no doctor. GA GOOD BGT !!!!

Baru kali ini lht pasien di bentak2 dokter, semua yg berobat rata2 menggunakan bpjs di perlakukan kurang baik, pdahal saya dpt fasilitas bpjs dr kantor saya...efek gratis
