★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter yg jaga hari ini, tgl 02.03.2021, jam 14:13 kurang ajar tidak sopan, g punya adab dan akhlak., saya ini pasien, tugas dokter hrus apa kan tahu, masa dokter blng seperti ini, sakit cuma kepala dan tenggorokan, ke klinik abdul radjak???!!, dan tidak di berikan surat keterangan sakit, bru kali ini ketemu dokter seperti;;**" sudah lah, smga lebih baik lgi
The doctor who is on duty today, on 02.03.2021, 14:13 is impudent, disrespectful, has no manners and morals., I am a patient, what a doctor does, what do you know, when doctors are like this, only head and throat pain, to the abdul radjak clinic ??? !!, and not given a sick letter, bru this time seeing a doctor like ;; ** "never mind, it's better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini adalah klinik faskes yg ditunjuk utk BPJS saya.. selama sy berobat memang sih pernah sekali waktu itu pelayanan kurang memuaskan.. tetapi sekarang sudah lebih baik. Saya kunjungan lagi di 2021 semua sudah memakai seragam, rapih, dan penjelasannya jelas.. ramah.. utk kebutuhan cek Laboratorium nya juga oke.. staff nya baik ramah, dan menurut saya menunggu hasil lab nya gak lama2 bgt kok (mungkin krn lg kosong antrian).. oh iya bidan disini juga baik banget, ramah banget, penjelasannya jelas, gak pernah marah2, alus deh, seru ngobrolnya.. nanya apapun dijawab dengan jelas... puas dengan pelayanan bidan di faskes ini...
This is the health facility clinic that was appointed for my BPJS ... during my treatment, the service was not satisfactory at one time ... but now it's better. I visited again in 2021, all of them were wearing uniforms, neat, and the explanation was clear .. friendly .. for the needs of the laboratory check was also okay .. the staff was kind and friendly, and in my opinion waiting for the lab results not really long (maybe because it's empty queue) ... oh yes the midwife here is also really kind, very friendly, the explanation is clear, never angry, smooth, exciting chatting ... any questions are answered clearly ... satisfied with the midwife service at this health facility ...

The service is really bad ... I want to check the area in the laboratory but the person who doesn't have a patient ... the patient is told to wait ... it's already getting dizzy and getting sick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter yang berjaga tiap hari beda2 orang, jadi beda penanganan, saya pernah operasi kecil disini dengan dokter perempuan yang ramah dan detail, tapi saat kontrol ketemu dokter yang lain malah kurang memuaskan. Klinik nya sering rame jadi suka antri periksa.
There are different doctors on duty every day, so the treatment is different. I had a small operation here with a friendly and detailed female doctor, but when I checked in with another doctor, it was not satisfactory. The clinic is often busy so I like to queue for a checkup.
