★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff-nya ramah, tapi dokternya (Dr. Rom******) jutek banget. Baru dateng diajak salaman, "Langsung duduk aja, Pak." Terus meriksa nggak ada nanya ini itu,c ngecek doang. Lime menit kelar. Ditanya sakit cacar, katanya bukan, tapi karena bakteri. Ditanya bakteri apa, nggak jawab dan langsung nyuruh nebus obat di luar. Hari ini ngecek lagi di klinik lain dan denar cacar air.
Saran, dulu pernah berobat di sini, tp dokternya cewek dan ramah. Kalo mau berobat, tanya dulu dokter yang prakter siapa.
 The staff is friendly, but the doctor (Dr. Rom ******) is very busy. Just came to greet, "Just sit down, sir." Keep checking there is no question about this, c checking. Lime minutes finished. Asked about having smallpox, he said no, but because of bacteria. Asked what bacteria, did not answer and immediately ordered to take drugs outside. Today I checked again at another clinic and chicken pox denar.
Suggestion, once I was treated here, but the doctor was a girl and was friendly. If you want to seek treatment, ask first who is the doctor who practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dr. Ari mau melayani pasien, mau periksa, tp seakan ga ikhlas sama pekerjaannya sbg dokter. Harusnya bisa lebih ramah dan interinteraktif. Masa pasien diomelin.
Ngga nyaman disini. Padahal kliniknya oke, pengunjungnya juga ramai, karyawan kliniknya ramah. Tapi jadi minus karna dokternya yang ogah ogahan.
dr. Ari wants to serve patients, want to check, but as if he is not sincere with his work as a doctor. It should be more friendly and interactive. The patient's period was diomelized.
Not comfortable here. Even though the clinic is okay, the visitors are also crowded, the clinic staff is friendly. But it became minus because the doctors were reluctant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya pada gak niat ngobatin, pegawai gak senyum dan gak ramah. Padahak udah 2 kali kesini untuk berobat ke dokter. Entah dokter gigi atau dokter umum, gak ada ramah2nya sama sekali. Pasien bukannya jadi sembuh malah makin sakit. Yang bagus hanya harga obat. Overall ???
The doctor didn't intend to talk, the employee didn't smile and wasn't friendly. I've been here 2 times to see a doctor. Whether a dentist or a general practitioner, there is no kindness at all. Instead of getting better, the patient is getting sicker. The only good thing is the price of the drug. Overall ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan berobat kesana, kalau pelayanan pegawainya sih emang standar, trus berobat ke dokter umumnya emang watak dokternya keras begitu. Jadi gak usah baperan. Aku malah banyak tanya dilayanin kok sama pak dokternya, cuma gaya bicaranya aja yg kencang. Harga bersahabat bgt dan memuaskan.
I just got treatment there, if the service from the staff is really standard, then going to the doctor in general, the doctor's character is that hard. So don't worry. I even asked a lot of questions, how come the doctor served him, only his speaking style was loud. The price is very friendly and satisfying.

Mau daftar via telp staff yang masuk pagi jam 8 belum dateng. Di suruh telpon lagi jam 8.30, lagi nanya2 langsung di matiin sama staff yg jaga malem. GAK PUNYA SOPAN SANTUN
No wonder the rating is bad,
If you want to register via phone, the staff who came in at 8 in the morning haven't arrived yet. Was told to call again at 8.30, again asking questions was immediately turned off by the staff who were on duty at night. DON'T HAVE PRINCIPLES
