★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya sangat mengecewakan. Saya udah antri hampir 1jam lebih tp gak dipanggil2 buat diperiksa malah org yg baru dateng langsung dipanggil. Udah ditanyain knp saya gak di panggil2 malah cuma nanya nama saya trus muka cuek. Padahal masih pagi. Kirain abis nanya kaya gitu langsung diurus ternyata malah yg lebih parahnya org yg baru dateng malah langsung dipanggil lagi. Jadi buang2 waktu disitu. Org yg tadi mau periksa malah pulang. Terimakasih
The service is very disappointing. I've been queuing for more than 1 hour but I haven't been called to check, instead people who have just arrived are called right away. I've been asked why I wasn't called, instead they just asked for my name and then looked indifferent. It's still morning though. I thought that after asking something like that, it was immediately taken care of, it turns out that what was even worse was that people who had just arrived were called back right away. So waste time there. The person who wanted to check it even went home. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang terhormat managemen dan karyawan klinik citra kebayoran lama, dengan berat hati saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan yang ada di klinik ini. Saya tadi tes swab antigen menunggu dari pukul 19.30 dan selesai di test saya menunggu sampai dengan pukul 21.30. Sudah di complaint 3 kali menanyakan terkait dengan kenapa hasil swab saya belum keluar. Sang admin hanya plonga plongo sembari menjawab : data keselip dan didata ulang untuk antrian berikutnha. Padahal saya sudah menunggu lebih kurang 2 jam. Pelayanan dan kevalidan data patut dipertanyakan sih kalau seperti ini. Buruk sekali! Padahal kita mau test demi kesehatan dan keamanan bersama.
Dear management and employees of the Kebayoran Lama Citra Clinic, it is with a heavy heart that I am very disappointed with the services provided at this clinic. I was waiting for the antigen swab test from 19.30 and finished the test I waited until 21.30. I have complained 3 times asking about why my swab results haven't come out yet. The admin just stared blankly while answering: the data slipped and was re-recorded for the next queue. Even though I've been waiting for about 2 hours. The service and validity of the data should be questioned if it is like this. Very bad! Though we want to test for health and safety together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya datang kesini nyaman enak pelayanan ramah dokternya pun ramah, pas datang kedua kalinya untuk swab dipanggil dari jauh dan ramai tidak terdengar. Pas masuk ke ruang swab tidak disapa oleh dokter jutek yang manggil mbanya juga jutek. Ya wajar aja tidak terdengar toh rame dan manggil dari jauh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berobat kesini , tempat nya nyaman, elegant, ada kolam ikan nya, dokter nya pun Ramah bangt .. cuman di bagian pendaftaran/data pasien tolong dong di perbaiki , saya daftar lebih awal tapi kenapa di panggil nya terakhir, malah yg daftar akhir di pnggl duluan , gila ya di salip berapa orng aja ..
First time for treatment here, the place is comfortable, elegant, there is a fish pond, the doctor is also very friendly ... only in the registration / patient data section please fix it, I registered earlier but why was the last call, even the last list Called first, it's crazy how many people overtake it..
