Selamat sore maaf jika saya kurang sopan. Saya disini mau MENYAMPAIKAN KRITIKAN TTG PELAYANAN KE PASIEN. hari ini tgl 9 April 2021 Sekitar pukul 16.00 saya dtng mengantar adex untuk kontrol rawat luka. Pendaftaran anamnesa seperti biasa sampai setelah DIPERIKSA OLEH DOKTER JAGA (PEREMPUAN) suruh nunggu dulu (TIDAK LANGSUNG DILAKUKAN TINDAKAN). Setelah menunggu lama DAN DISALIP DUA PASIEN LAIN saya komplain, petugas jaga berargumen "mereka tdi sdh periksa mau menunjukkan hasil lab" Jelas2 PASIEN ITU DATENGNYA BARENGAN SAMA SAYA ?, Setelah selesai dilakukan medikasi luka oleh PERAWAT, ketika q tanya apakah ada obat ? Suruh tanya lagi sama perawat yg bagian anamnesa. Karena perawatnya g ada saya langsung tanya sama DOKTERNYA. dan tau apa jawaban DOKTER JAGANYA ??? saya disuruh nunggu dulu karena masih ada pasien di poli ???? Terus saya harus MENUNGGU SAMPAI PASIEN POLI HABIS ??? KAPAN HABISNYA ? MEMANGNYA SAYA G ADA KERJAAN LAIN APA. Kalau pasien bener2 GAWAT DARURAT saya disuruh nunggu G MASALAH ! Lahh ini Sumpah saya KECEWA DGN PELAYANAN DI FASKES 1 INI. TOLONG DIPERBAIKI LAGI !!!!
Good afternoon sorry if I am not polite. I am here to DELIVER SERVICE FEEDBACK TO PATIENTS. today is April 9, 2021 Around 4:00 p.m. I was delivering adex for wound control. Registration of anamnesis as usual until after being examined by a doctor in charge (WOMAN) told to wait (NOT TAKE ACTION INSTANTLY) After waiting for a long time AND I complained about TWO OTHER PATIENTS, the officer on duty argued "they have already checked and want to show the lab results" Obviously THAT PATIENT COMES WITH ME After completing the wound medication by the NURSE, when q asked if there was any medicine? Ask the nurse who is in the history taking section again. Because there is no nurse, I immediately asked the doctor. and know what the answer is THE DOCTOR WHAT IS THE MOST OF DOCTOR ??? I was told to wait because there were still patients on the clinic ???? Then I have to WAIT UNTIL THE POLICE PATIENTS ARE OUT ??? WHEN IS IT RUN? I ASK THERE WAS ANY OTHER WORK. If the patient is really an EMERGENCY I am told to wait G PROBLEMS! This is it I swear I am DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS 1 FASKES. PLEASE FIXED MORE !!!!

Bagi peserta BPJS jangan khawatir disini juga menerima pasien yang menggunakan BPJS . Untuk tempatnya bersih dan wangi , serta receptionisnya ramah apalagi dokter di poli umum sangat ramah sekali dan banyak bercanda agar pasien tidak takut saat diperiksa maupun disuntik. pelayanan nya bad sekali tidak ramah, tidak teliti malah saling nyalahin,beda ketika 4-5 th yag lalu..semakin menurun perfoma ni klinik

Staffnya pada kebanyakkan ngobrol, padahal di pendaftaran udh bilang mau USG ehh tpi malah di taruh di umum jadi harus ngantri lagi?? kebanyakan ngobrol hal lain dari pekerjaan. Usg nya juga bilangnya jam setengah 8 mulai tapi sampe jam setengah 9 belum mulai jugaa gimanaaa sihhh ga jelasss bgttt
Most of the staff chatted, even though at registration they said they wanted an ultrasound, but instead they put it in public so they had to queue up again?? mostly they talked about other things from work. The ultrasound also said it started at half past eight but until half past nine it still hasn't started, how come it's not very clear
