One of the puskesmas which has become a pilot for other puskesmas in Indonesia. I visited here to do a comparative study and really appreciate the services provided by Puskesmas Pengasih II.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 20 desember 2018 kmren saya baru saja berkunjung ke puskesmas pengasih II ini, untuk cek kandungan, karena usia kehamilan saya baru 11 minggu lebih 1 hari, saya hanya mendapatkan pemeriksaan di ruang KIA untuk tensi darah, ukur LILA dan timbang berat badan (yang sebelumnya saya juga sudah pernah mengukur di puskesmas/faskes lain) kemudian cek darah di ruang laboratorium untuk mengetahui kadar HB, gula darah, serta HIV. Setelah dari ruang laboratorium kemudian saya diarahkan lagi untuk cek kesehatan gigi di poli gigi, alhamdulillah semua berjalan lancar, dan cepat (sekitar 2 jam) itupun karena saya berangkatnya pagi2 sekali sebelum puskesmas buka jd tidak antri terlalu lama. Seharusnya saya masih mendapatkan pemeriksaan di poli gizi tp karena suatu hal (petugas poli gizi tidak ada di tempat) jd saya tidak mendapatkan faskes gizi tsb.
Ini pengalaman pertama saya berobat di puskesmas pengasih II, menurut saya petugas disini lumayan ramah dan cekatan, mereka lebih sering berkomunikasi dgn pasien menggunakan bahasa jawa alus, jd untuk pasien pendatang mungkin akan mendapatkan sedikit kesulitan, jd jangan segan2 untuk mengatakan kpd petugas untuk menggunakan bahasa Indonesia saja yaaa (pengalaman saya sendiri sebenernya), ohy sayangnya di puskesmas ini belum ada fasilitas ultrasonoghrapy (USG). Jadi saya harap kedepannya akan lebih baik lagi,, untuk keseluruhan sih bagus, pasien BPJS pun diterima dengan baik disini. Saluuut.!
On December 20, 2018 yesterday, I just visited the Pengasih II Health Center, for a pregnancy check, because I was only 11 weeks pregnant and 1 day old, I only got an examination in the KIA room for blood pressure, LILA measurements and weighed (which was previously I have also taken measurements at the puskesmas/other health facilities) then checked the blood in the laboratory room to find out the levels of HB, blood sugar, and HIV. After leaving the laboratory room, I was directed again to check my dental health at the dental clinic, thank God everything went smoothly, and quickly (about 2 hours) and even then because I left early in the morning before the puskesmas opened so I didn't queue too long. I should have been checked at the nutrition poly but for some reason (the nutrition poly officer was not there) so I didn't get the nutrition health facility.
This is my first experience for treatment at the Pengasih II health center, in my opinion the staff here are quite friendly and agile, they often communicate with patients using the Javanese language, so immigrant patients may have a little difficulty, so don't hesitate to tell the staff to use the language It's only in Indonesia (my own experience actually), ohy, unfortunately, at this health center there is no ultrasonography (USG) facility. So I hope that in the future it will be even better, overall it's good, BPJS patients are also well received here. Hello.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang setuju sih kalau namanya "pusat" kesehatan masyarakat. Jam pelayanannya hanya 3 jam loh, pusat kesehatan tapi hanya 3 jam pelayanan dan Jumat Sabtu kurang dari itu. Saya sebagai warga sangat kecewa
I don't agree with the name "center" for public health. The service hours are only 3 hours, the health center but only 3 hours of service and Friday Saturday less than that. I as a citizen are very disappointed
