Datang k klinik malam2 dan saya denger mba resepsionisnya bangunin dokter jaga karena saat itu sedang tidur alhasil dokter cowo tsb yg jaga shift malam sesudah saya di periksa + beliau marah2 "kenapa datang malam2 gini?" Astagfirullah semoga bapak dokternya bukan abal2 sungguh buruk attitude nya.

Came to the clinic at night and I heard the receptionist woke up the doctor on duty because at that time he was sleeping as a result the male doctor who was on duty the night shift after I was checked + he was angry "why did you come at this time of night?" Astagfirullah, I hope the doctor is not stupid, his attitude is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gue dateng subuh2 keluhan gue perut gue sakit melilit sama muntah2 dikasih obat antibiotik doang, mendingan kaga jadi berobat ulang.. pelayanan ga ramah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sebelum nya kami telah melakukan pcr di klinik lain dan hasil nya positif , otomatis di peduli lindungi langsung update jadi pasien positif , 7 hari kemudian pcr kembali di klinik ini dan hasil nya negatif , sudah 2 hari berlalu di aplikasi peduli lindung nya tidak update update sudah di followup via chat dan telpon alasan nya dari orang lab , ujung ujung nya info " kemungkinan aplikasi nya sedang bermasalah karena memang suka begitu " jawaban tidak logis sementara kami akses masuk kemana pun harus pake peduli lindung.
Previously we had done PCR at another clinic and the results were positive, automatically protected, immediately updated so the patient was positive, 7 days later the PCR was back at this clinic and the results were negative, it's been 2 days in the Protected Care application, the update hasn't been updated. in the follow-up via chat and telephone the reason is from a lab person, in the end the info "probably the application is having problems because it likes it that way" the answer is not logical while we have access to anywhere we have to use protection.
