Saya:mas dokternya masih lama?
Jawaban: gatau mas..sabar aja...
Sedangkan beberapa staff hanya bercanda dan tertawa di balik partisi apotik..parah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya Baik2 Cuman Orang Yg Melayani PendaftaranNya Jellek Banget Saran Saya Mesti Diganti. Dokternya Malah Pernah Ngomong Kaya Gini. Mas Gimana Tadi Pelayanan Di Counter Pendaftarannya. Saya Bilang Gpp. Kata Dokternya. Engga Biasanya Mereka Tuh Sinis Jutek Dan Nerima Pasien Semaunya Dia. Saya Bilang Emang Iyah Dok Kaya Gitu. Tapi Saya Gmau Bilang Kasian Nannti Dia DiComplain. Tapi Skrg Mah Bodo Amat Dia Mau Dicomplain Juga. Saran Saya Malah Harus Diganti. Karna Saya Ngerasa Dirugikan Waktu.... Pelayanan Klinik Karuna Medika Jellek Terutama Counter PendaftaranNya
Good Doctors Only People Who Serve His Registration Very Well My Suggestions Must Be Replaced. The doctor even said like Rich like this. Mas How was the service at the registration counter. I Said Gpp. The doctor said. Not usually they are cynical Jutek and accept patients as he wishes. I Said Weang Dok Dok Rich So. But I Gmau Said Poor Nannti He Complained. But Now Mah Bodo Very He Wants To Be Complained Also. My suggestion is that it should be replaced. Because I Feel I Was Harmed By Time .... Karuna Medika Jellek Clinic Services Especially Its Registration Counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya kliniknya bagus tapi kalo untuk ke dokter gigi jgn coba" daftar menggunakan bpjs karna pasti alesannya penuh terus udh beberapa kali mau daftar pas bilang pake bpjs alesannya penuh terus.
Actually the clinic is good but if you go to the dentist don't try "the list uses CPJs because surely the reasons are full and keep on going several times when I want to register when I use the CPR, the alerts are always full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per 1 Oktober 2019 akan tutup selamanya/tidak beroperasi kembali. Ntah knp. Sudah ditanga bagian staff kasir/dokter/suster ny. Mereka semua tidak tahu alasan knp ingin ttup.
Mgkin itu yg terbaik bagi mereka. Yasudahlah. Terimakasih Klinik Karuna Medika. Sudah menemani saya selama 3 tahun ini. :)
As of October 1, 2019 will be closed forever / not operating again. I don't know. Already handled by the cashier / doctor / nurse staff section. They all don't know the reason why they want to stay.
Maybe that's the best for them. Alright. Thank you Karuna Medika Clinic. Has accompanied me for 3 years. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keterlaluan ga sopan 1 staf ciri ciri prempuan tinggi berhijab. Manis waktu disapa, bodohnya minta ampun seolah ga tau jadwal. Pasien dibuat main. Diblakang pasien malah ketawa. Disuruh tunggu berjam jam cuma daftar baik bpjs ataupun bayar. Kelakuan gini knp hrs diterima jd staff disitu.. merugikan nama dokter dan pemilik klinik. Bagoss ga dimaki didpnnya ! Apalagi ketika ditelp ditanya malah dibanting keras dimatikan !! Apa ada permohonan maaf selama berbulan bulan diperlakukan begitu ?? Dulu pelayanan klinik itu ga seburuk sekarang.

Outrageous is not polite 1 staff high female characteristic features hijab. Sweet when greeted, stupid to ask forgiveness as if I don't know the schedule. The patient is playing. Behind the patient even laughed. Asked to wait for hours just register either BPJS or pay. This behavior must be accepted by the staff there ... detrimental to the names of doctors and clinic owners. Bagoss isn't being shouted at! Especially when asked, instead it was slammed hard, it was turned off !! Was there an apology for months being treated like that ?? In the past clinic services were not as bad as now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff nya kurang ramah dalam melayani pasien. Mau itu menggunakan bpjs maupun bayar cash sebaiknya lebih sopan lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan. Saya mau kedokter Gigi karna sudah bertahun tahun dengan dokter Gigi di klinik tersebut namun sekarang dengan pelayanan yg kurang menyenangkan saya pindah ke klinik lainnya. Itu saja masukan dark saya,semoga ada tanggapan dari pihak klinik karna sudah banyak pasien yg memberikan reviews yang sama.terima kasih.
The staff is not friendly enough to serve patients. Want it using BPJs or pay cash should be even more polite in providing services. I want to see a doctor because it had been many years Teeth with Dental doctors at the clinic, but now with other less pleasant service I moved to another clinic. That's all my dark input, hopefully there is a response from the clinic because many patients have given the same reviews. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo mau berobat gigi susah banget, emg kalau sakit mendadak harus d rencanakan juga apalagi yg sakit anak kecil, padahal sudah daftr 2 jam sebelum dokter praktek msh engga kebagian juga, keseel banget.
If you want to get dental treatment it's really hard, if you have a sudden illness, you have to plan it, especially if the child is sick, even though you have registered 2 hours before the doctor practice, you still can't get it, it's really good.
