★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini bener2 dapet dokter yg sangat gak baik pelayanannya. Padahal saya sudah beberapa kali kesini berganti2 dokter tapi pelayanannya baik. Hari ini dokter perempuan, ibu2. Tidak mendengarkan sampai selesai keluhan pasien, terlalu terburu2. Keluhan apa obatnya apa, saya liat dimobile JKN pun diagnosa tidak sesuai dengan apa keluhan saya. Menurut saya pelayanan kasir, obat, perawat2 nya sudah sangat baik dan sopan. Hanya pelayanan dokter hari ini yg sangat sangat tidak baik.

Not listening until the patient's complaints are finished, too hasty. What is the complaint, what is the medicine, I saw on the JKN mobile the diagnosis did not match what my complaint was. In my opinion, the cashier's service, medicine, nurses are very good and polite. Only the doctor's service today is very, very bad.

Jangan berobat disini deh. Bikin dongkol tu petugas frontnya. Komen disini ga ngaruh. Kosongin tuh klinik baru nyaho.

Dokter di sini suka judge pasien. Anda berprofesi sebagai dokter job desknya untuk periksa pasien, menangani keluhan, memberi obat yang sesuai dan memberi anjuran/ larangan sesuai keluhan pasien. Bukan menyakan kondisi pasien dengan nada sinis dan mengejek. Anda cukup bermoral untuk melakukan itu? Sorry, dokter di bumi ini gak cuma anda.
Ke sini juga kepepet pas sakit banget dan yg terdekat dengan rumah saudara.
Eh udah dijudge dokter, gak sembuh pula. Gue masih perlu ke RS buat berobat.
Kalau gak pas sakit udah saya ajak debat tu dokter.

Dan dilihat, ternyata pelayanan semua bagian sampai dokter SUDAH JELEK dari bertahun-tahun yang lalu, tapi tidak ada perbaikan. Ownernya juga gak beres, punya klinik begini gak dibenahi. Ngehek banget dokter sama klinik ini.

You work as a doctor on the job desk to examine patients, handle complaints, give appropriate drugs and give recommendations/ prohibitions according to patient complaints. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga heran kenapa lama2 klinik Arafa semakin sepi karena pelayanan dari suster sampai ownernya pun tidak profesional, menyepelekan pasien. Apa karena pakai BPJS jadi sulit untuk ramah & ikhlas mengobati pasien ya? Kalau gitu jangan buka klinik BPJS tapi klinik berbayar. Tanggal 14 Januari 2022 saya coba minta rujukan kandungan kembali karena info dari RS Qadr hanya sekali bisa dipakainya. Saya bertemu dengan owner nya sekaligus dokter disitu, apakah pantas seorang dokter mengatakan seperti ini ke pasien yang sedang hamil : "ya terserah lo mau kemana kontrolnya" "ya bayar aja kalau mau USG di RS paling cuman berapa sih" "anak jaman sekarang saya nilai suka sok2an banding2in RS" dan kalimat2 yang tidak pantas lainnya. Saya tidak berdebat dengan dokternya dan banyak diam ketika dibilang seperti itu, karena saya tidak mau mengganggu kesehatan janin saya. Saya sangat kecewa.

On January 14, 2022, I tried to ask for a referral again because the information from the Qadr Hospital could only be used once. I met the owner who is also a doctor there, is it appropriate for a doctor to say something like this to a patient who is pregnant: "yes, it's up to you where you want the control" "yes, just pay if you want an ultrasound at the hospital, at least how much is it?" likes to make comparisons with RS" and other inappropriate sentences. I didn't argue with the doctor and was silent when he was told that, because I didn't want to disturb the health of my fetus. I am very disappointed.
