Alasan bintang : - Mempermainkan Waktu - Petugas Tidak Professional - Perawat Tidak Ramah Datang kesini karena saya sedang kejar waktu penerbangan. Dijanjikan waktu pelayanan yg lebih cepat dari Faskes lain. Ternyata dipermainkan oleh petugas-petugasnya. Yang akhirnya menyebabkan keterlambatan penerbangan.. Cukup sekali mampir dan cari pelayanan kesini, layanan tidak memuaskan. Terimakasih...

Ini sih udah kelewatan banget!! Sering si berobat disini 1 karena deket rumah, 24 jam tapi buat layanan sangat buruk sekali.dokternya Kaya masih ngraba deh. Paling buruk layanan obatnya. Beberapa kali berobat 2 kali salah kasih obat. Bapa saya gak mencret dikasih obat mencret?. Pas Balik lagi cuma jawab iya salah ambil. Ampun dahh. Dann semalem ade berobat obat demam, sama obat magh salah naro tempat, obat magh diminum sebelum makan, obat demam kan setelah makan. Tapi ini malah kebalik naronya. Obat magh ditro diobat demem (setelah makan) Dan obat demam ditaro di obat magh (sebelum makan) Biar Kata obatnya diremuk2in jadi serbuk tapi pahamlah obat magh rasanya Kaya promag Dulu pas berobat disini juga ada yg protes gr2 salah obat Dan semenjak kejadian ini setiap abis berobat ksini sll cek obatnya. Cari tau fungsi2nya Dan bener pas bapa berobat salah kasih obatnya.

kejadian hari ini, 20 september 2021 pukul 19.30 WIB. anak saya mau minta surat rujukan untuk berobat ke rumah sakit tapi tidak dikasih surat rujukan sama dokternya. dokternya wanita, anak saya sudah menjelaskan keluhan sakitnya tapi dokternya tidak merespon dengan baik dan cara bicaranya sangat judes. dia bilang ke anak saya kalau sakit eksim anak saya tidak bisa sembuh seumur hidup, sebagai dokter harusnya dia menyampaikan dengan cara yang baik. dia memvonis di luar kapasitasnya, sangat sangat tidak berempati dan tidak berperikemanusiaan. dia gak tau akibat perkataannya ini membuat anak saya down seolah-olah tidak ada harapan. padahal itu diluar kapasitas dan kompetensi sebagai dokter umum (kecuali memang dia dokter spesialis kulit)

Maaf pelayanannya buruk, tapi saya harus jujur. Saya berobat pas malam hari nunggu di panggil susternya malah pada ngerumpi, teriak teriak, dokternya ikut ghibah, aduh ga habis fikir banget saya. Ini tempat orang-orang berobat, orang-orang sakiit! Harusnya dokter dan susternya punya etika, siap, sigapp, menjaga omongan. sekali dua kali saya mendengar omongan yang kotor yg keluar dari mulut dokter dan susternya.. ya Allah gak patut banget untuk dicontoh, dokter nya juga kaya mau ngajak ribut kalau ngomong. Seenaknya pula ngomongnya. Seharusnya sebagai dokter yang baik itu menenangkan pasiennya bukan menakut nakuti dan langsung memvonis begitu saja. Ngelayanin pasien kaya mau mau enggak enggak, kalo ngantuk tidur aja gausah jadi dokter mas. Sungguh amat disayangkan pelayanannya sangat buruukk. Maaf karna saya harus jujur, karna bukan hanya saya yang merasakannya.

Maaf saya sangat kecewa dgn klinik ini. Dokter setiap bulannya ganti2, ga menetap kyk klinik lain. Dokter & admin ga ramah. Jauh bgt sama Dokter & Suster Spesialis di RS yg lebih ramah & komunikatif. Baru aja saya berobat karena memang sakit asam lambung & butuh istirahat, saya baru bisa berobat keesokkannya, tapi ketika saya minta surat ijin berobat ga dikasih?. Padahal jelas2 perut kembung, dibilang normal. Dulu juga pernah sewaktu tipes, dokternya ga ngeh, saya minta cek darah, ga dibolehin & cuma dikasih istirahat sehari. Akhirnya saya cek pake uang tunai, boleh tuh, ternyata bener sakit tipes. Dikasih istirahat 3 hari. Akhirnya saya lgsg dateng sendiri ke UGD RS, eehh malah lgsg dapet pertolongan & ranap. Semoga pelayanannya semakin membaik. Maaf saya ijin pamit dari Klinik ini?
Sorry I am very disappointed with this clinic. Doctors change every month, they don't stay like other clinics. Doctors & admins are not friendly. It's so far from the specialist doctors and nurses at the hospital who are more friendly and communicative. I just received treatment because I really have stomach acid & need rest, I can only get treatment the next day, but when I asked for a permit for treatment, it wasn't given. Even though it's clear that your stomach is bloated, you can say it's normal. In the past, when I had typhoid, the doctor didn't understand. I asked for a blood test, it wasn't allowed and I was only given a day's rest. Finally I checked with cash, that's okay, it turned out to be really typhoid. Given a break of 3 days. Finally, I immediately came to the emergency room of the hospital by myself, and instead I immediately got help & reconciliation. Hopefully the service will get better. Sorry, I have to leave this clinic?

Parah emang nih klinik. Pengen periksa ke dokter gigi aja susahnya minta ampun. Udah berapa kali ke sini, kuota nya selalu penuh. Padahal pendaftaran baru buka setengah 4. Sampe lokasi setengah 4 lewat dikit. Nasib jadi pasien BPJS. Mau bayar tunai, bagian adminnya ga tau range harganya berapa. Planga plongo doank. Ditanya bisa ga bayar pake debit, dijawab ngga bisa. Ampun dah... Subhanallah... Semoga mereka ngerasain apa yg saya rasain
