★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lumayan hanyak minus di dokter nya kurang responsif dalam memeriksa pasien. Tidak ditanya merinci keluhannya apa2 , dan tidak diberi tahu pantangan2 apa saja yg boleh di konsumsi dll.

Perbaiki Lah Pelayanan Klinik ini. Aduh
Ada warga pingsan di depan klinik.
Sya Minta Tolong Kirim kursi roda
"Saya yg di suruh Ambil sediri" Perawat nya.
1 Pintu Akses tidak bisa terbuka.
Ketika saya bawa Naik sangat menyulitkan.
Mreka Perawatan & Dokter hanya Melihat diam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi pagi berobat .. dokter nya cewe rambut pendek .. tidak ada sopan santun .. menurut saya etitude sebagai dokter tidak ada.. kami ini sedang susah bingung lelah menghadapi anak sakit..datang ke klinik butuh pertolongan yg bisa buat ibu pun tidak cemas dan frustasi.. toh kami bayar cash tidak menggunakan asuransi apapun .. tolong diperbaiki lah .. obat sudah mahal tidak ada reaksi masih panas anak saya .. akhirny kami bawa berobat kembali di klinik medika legok .. sangat sangat menyesal datang ke klinik jati elok .. ingin saya laporkan keluhan ke forum kesehatan ..

Untuk customer care nya sangat di acungin jempol, komplain ga sampe 30 menit langsung di respon, semoga makin berbenah klinik ini kedepan nya semakin bagus pelayanan nya.

Tolong jangan bermain dengan warga yang dirasa less educated, lalu di manfaatkan karena kurang aware tentang program BPJS. Saya sudah baca mekanisme program BPJS Kesehatan di website dan keduanya ditanggung oleh BPJS. Saya sudaj kirimkan aduan ke layanan BPJS kesehatan agar ditindak lanjuti.

Please don't play with residents who are deemed less educated, then take advantage of them because they are not aware of the BPJS program. I have read the mechanism for the BPJS Health program on the website and both are covered by BPJS. I have submitted a complaint to the BPJS health service so that it will be followed up.

Sakit nya ruam popok ruam merah kaya melepuh di tangan kaki atas bibir masa dikasih obat nya cuma pct sama cefadroxil doang trs kayanya yg jaga juga bukan dokter tapi perawat. Kalo ga mampu buat bayar dokter jangan buka klinik. Kapok periksa kesana. Udah nunggu lama pelayanan nya tidak baik yg jaga pada jutek dan so.
Treatment at the Jati Elok clinic is not clear. The pain is diaper rash, a red rash like blisters on the hands and feet above the lips when the medicine is given, it's only PCT and cefadroxil, but it seems like the one who looks after it is not a doctor but a nurse. If you can't afford to pay for a doctor, don't open a clinic. Kapok check there. It's been a long wait, the service isn't good, the guards are jutek and so.
