★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan payah seolah olah kita datang dengan gratis, kan sudah bayar premi BPJS tapi dokternya sangat tidah profesional dan tidak ramah.
Bad service as if we came for free, we already paid BPJS premium, but the doctor was not professional and not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu saya pelanggan setia dr. Jerry, tapi sayangnya cukup diskriminatif dengan pasien BPJS. Dr. Jerry hanya terima pasien yang bayar sendiri. Untuk pasien BPJS tempatnya dibedakan, dan hanya diperiksa dokter2 muda. Sangat rumit untuk protokol rujukannya.
Untuk fasilitas jg belum lengkap seperti dokter gigi, laboratorium dan perlengkapan dr giginya.
I was a loyal customer of Dr. Jerry, but unfortunately it is quite discriminatory with BPJS patients. Dr. Jerry only accepts patients who pay for themselves. Where BPJS patients are distinguished, only young doctors are examined. Very complicated for the referral protocol.
For facilities not yet complete such as dentists, laboratories and dental equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sekeluarga suka berobat di dr jerry, dokter nya baik ramah, dan penjelasan nya pun sangat jelas, dan obat nya pun pasti manjur, ayah saya sudah 3 tahun sakit tangan dan sudah berobat keliling2 lampung cuma gk ada yg manjur yg ada badan ayah saya malah bengkak karna obat trus saya bawa ke dokter jerry dan minum sekali pun besok nya ayah saya sudah bisa kerja lagi dan sudah sembuh sampai sekarang.. Tapi memang antri banget dan nunggu obat nya jadi itu pun lama banget bisa berjam jam..
