★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kualitas klinik menurut saya sangat buruk, kucing saya setelah dibawa kesini dan disuntik obat malah jadi gabisa jalan dan akhirnya meninggal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan penanganan di sini. Pihak dokternya tidak responsif dan komunikatif. Gimana ceritanya malah kita yang banyak nanya, kalo ngga ditanya penjelasan seadanya. Belum penanganan, udah ngomongin biaya. Kalo sebanding dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan sih okee, tapi ini??. Udah gitu akhirnya kucing saya mati juga di sana. Entah saat diinepin itu bener bener ditungguin atau engga karna emang kucing saya selalu ditemani ngga bisa sendirian apalagi saat lagi sakit. Karna memang dari pihak dokter tidak memberi update apapun saat kucing saya diinapkan. Besoknya saat kucing saya sudah mati, alasannya chat ke nomor yang salah. gimana bisa?? Jelas-jelas no hape sudah diberikan -_-
I am disappointed with the handling here. The doctor is not responsive and communicative. What's the story even though we ask a lot, if we don't ask for a simple explanation. No handling yet, already talking about costs. If it's comparable to the facilities and services, it's okay, but this??. So finally my cat died there too. I don't know if I was really waiting for it or not because my cat was always accompanied and couldn't be alone, especially when he was sick. Because indeed the doctor did not provide any updates when my cat was hospitalized. The next day when my cat was dead, the reason was chat to the wrong number. how come?? Obviously no cellphone has been given -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kucing ku pulang dari sini infeksi telinga, nanahan semua:'( tdnya cmn mau operasi caesar krn gabisa lahiran pertama.. udah jahitannya gaberes, telinganya nanahan, sampe kucingku gamau makan sama sekali. parahhhh
My cat came home from here with an ear infection, all of them have pus :'( I didn't want to have a cesarean section because I couldn't give the first birth.

Dokter tidak professional, dokter tdk tulus
1.Dokternya tdk responsif, harus Sy yang banyak tanya Dan dokter tidak memberikan solusi..
2.Kelinci Sy Luka di bagian leher (bulunya sngt tebal) Sy pikir akan dicukur dulu tapi langsung dikasih obat
3.Dokternya Salah, kelinci Sy di bagian dekat kepala botak Dan di leher Luka tapi malah dikasih obat salep jamur..Dan itu bukan obat khusus kelinci tetapi obat untuk manusia. jelas dong? Besokkannya kulit kelinci Sy langsung iritasi..
4.sy bayar total nya220.000 ttp menurut Sy tdk worth it. Karena, Sy Coba cari di google Dan harga obatnya hanya 10.000. Dan hewan peliharaan Sy bukannya semakin membaik ttp keadaannya semakin memburuk. Akhirnya Sy harus ke klinik hewan lain.

Why?
Doctors are not professional, doctors are not sincere
1. The doctor is not responsive, I have to ask a lot of questions. And the doctor doesn't provide a solution..
2. My rabbit has a wound on the neck (the fur is very thick) I thought I would shave it first but was immediately given medicine
3. The doctor is wrong, my rabbit is near the bald head and on the wound's neck, but instead he was given mushroom ointment.. And it's not a special medicine for rabbits but medicine for humans. clear right? The next day my rabbit's skin was immediately irritated..
4. I paid a total of 220,000, but I don't think it's worth it. Because, I try to search on google and the price of the medicine is only 10,000. And my pet is not getting better, it's getting worse. In the end, I had to go to another veterinary clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih banget kucing saya meninggal 3 hari lalu. Biayanya udah mahal engga se-worth it dengan pelayanan dan fasilitasnya! Bukan masalah uangnya buat kucing saya, tapi engga ikhlas kalau kucing saya tidak mendapatkan perawatan sesuai dengan prosedur yang sesuai setelah penanganan! Dokternya engga komunikatif dan responsif, malah saya yang banyak nanya terus ke dokternya. Kucing saya sakit engga bisa pipis dan malam sebelum meninggal ditangani sama dokternya. Kecewa karena pada saat kucing saya ditangani, malah disuruh keluar sama dokternya, satupun tidak boleh ikut masuk padahal ada saya, mama dan papa saya. Dan dokternya bilang kucing saya masih harus lanjut ditanganinya karena belum selesai. Dengan berat hati, kucing saya akhirnya dirawat inap di sana dengan harapan, kucing saya bisa dapat perawatan terbaik karena penanganan belum selesai. Paginya, malah dikabarin kucing saya sudah meninggal sama asistennya. Dokternya beralasan kucing saya sudah lemas saat subuh dan bilangnya malah mengabari ke nomor yang salah, padahal dokternya mencatat nomor saya di buku. Udah gitu asistennya kasar mengangkat kucing saya "diceweng" begitu. Kandangnya sangat tidak layak, kotor, tidak terawat dan karatan. Kapok dan engga lagi-lagi ke sini. Tidak merekomendasikan untuk ke sini.
So sad my cat died 3 days ago. The cost is already expensive, not worth it with the services and facilities! It's not a matter of money for my cat, but it's not a matter of sincerity if my cat doesn't get treatment according to the proper procedure after handling! The doctor was not communicative and responsive, in fact I kept asking the doctor a lot. My cat was sick and couldn't pee and the night before he died he was treated by the doctor. Disappointed because when my cat was treated, the doctor was even told to leave, none of them were allowed to come in even though there were me, my mom and dad. And the doctor said my cat still had to be treated because it wasn't finished yet. With a heavy heart, my cat was finally hospitalized there with the hope that my cat could get the best treatment because the treatment had not yet been completed. In the morning, I was told that my cat had died with his assistant. The doctor reasoned that my cat was already weak at dawn and said he had called the wrong number, even though the doctor had recorded my number in the book. That's how the assistant rudely picked up my cat "assistled" like that. The cage is very unfit, dirty, unkempt and rusty. Kapok and don't come here again. Do not recommend to come here.
