★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so friendly and really care to animals. And you can count to them if you need veterinarian at a very late hours. They like to chat about everything, but not very informative in the actual things you should know (about your pet I mean), so you should be the one to ask questions if you want information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and informative staff. I go here for first aids for my cats. They do grooming, vaccination, and various other stuff. The vets are almost always available, but it is best to make appointments via WhatsApp before coming in.

Come to this clinic, they offer best veterinarian service for you lovely pet. I just recently brought my kitty there, she get poisoned by me (unintentionally), eventually she get sick because i applying too much fungus cream on her hand.
Doctor give best explanation for what happen with my kitty, i feel relived after they give some antidote injection.
Now i just wait for my kitty to be recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An okay clinic for non-serious cases. For serious ones, I’d bring my pets to a more settled clinic.
1) Staffs are friendly
2) Place is neat and clean
3) Vets are young. Despite graduates of a top university in Indonesia, there is a sense many of them are inexperience
4) Vets and staffs can’t manage to get the blood sample from my cats. More than once! So a-not-so-solid diagnosis
5) I brought my cat for inspection the other day. The cat had been vomitting for 2 days. In the middle of inspection, the owner took the liberty to enter the inspection room to check for the clinic supplies. The young vets got distracted, and from there didn’t seem to take my cat’s condition seriously. (And again, the young vets) Being tardy for the test result, and then not explaining to me about medication plan. (The more experienced one is more trusted and generous with explanation)
Again, for serious cases, I’d bring my pets to a more settled clinic.

They may take care of your cat, but also endanger their surroundings. ?
Please get some education,, and learn about the danger of carbon. ?
